The negatives: The price was high for what was received. The rooms are small. If arriving by car, it's virtually impossible to check-in before parking in the parking lot, which is on the back side of the hotel and not the easiest to find. If driving, call ahead to get parking lot instructions (have your plate number handy when you push the reception call button). The positives. The hotel is in a great area to be able to walk to many historical sites, dining, and shopping. The hotel restaurant has a couple very good tapas plates (humus, french fries, Iberian ham.

It was very challenging to find the hotel and the parking. It was also very frustrating that if you opened the balcony door to go out it shut off the A/C until you came back into the room and turned it back on again. Every other hotel we have stayed in, yes the A/C turns off when you open the balcony door but would turn back on once we shut it from the balcony.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is correct. As in many hotels in Spain, it's not easy having a double large bed, and we've had a room with twin beds

Hotel is closed to the old town, within walking distance to a lot of city sights, restaurants and shops. Staff are all nice and helpful. Thank you Reuben for the restaurant recommendation.

Great place to explore central Zaragoza from. Excellent safe parking. Hotel has good amenities and is modern and well maintained.

Nice hotel in city centre. Good location. There is a mini-fridge in room with a safe. Rooms are not spacious with no coffee making facilities.

Too pricey for what they offered

Hotel facilities were so-so. small room and bathroom. needs remodeling. Parking was 20 euros and a parking structure that was extremely difficult to navigate. small and crowded spaces with many pillars hard to miss. Pricing for stay was $390.00 Euros for 1 night.

The hotel room was in a strange substructure with a horrible view. Hotel staff was very nice in general. The parking garage was crowded and in an awkward spot.

Some of the Property amenities advertised by Hotels.com on the property listing do not exist. Specifically: • "Iron/ironing board (on request)". I was given an iron but refused an ironing board. Very snappy lady on reception said that I could only have the iron "as an exception, when there are no maids" and that I couldn't have an ironing board to go with it - I'd have to iron on the bed. Yes, really: I double checked this with her ! • "Coffee shop": whilst I stayed there were no facilities to get a hot drink during the day. No equipment in room, no machine in hallway/lobby etc and no coffee shop or bar open. I was told I'd have to wait until the bar opened at 7pm or go to a local cafe ! (Also note that buffet breakfast ends at 10am, not 11am as stated on Hotels.com listing.) Other strange behaviour: The maid refused to change the dirty drinking glasses from our room part way through our stay: she said she didn't have any new ones to give us. The maid removed our second keycard from the room whilst we were out. We had left it in the keycard holder by the door, but no lights were left on and the air conditioning wasn't on either, so there was no reason to take this without our permission. I would have raised these issues at the reception desk on leaving but there was no engagement (no "how was your stay ?" or "thank you for staying with us", for example). Overall, a very odd place and not worthy of a 4 star rating.

Great rooms with a friendly helpful staff

Stayed overnight on a driving trip across Spain and wished we'd stayed longer. Very helpful staff and well appointed rooms.

Having stayed in many Vinci hotels across Spain, this one was very basic and run down. The room was unpleasant. Only stayed for one night and would not return. The staff, however, were very helpful and professional. The hotel needs some improvements and the bedrooms updated and made more comfortable.

Accessible to the city center. Helpful and friendly front desk staff.

Just a lovely hotel. I have a room at the back with a balcony, sun in the evening. Excellent English spoken. 100 meters from everything.

location is perfect for the city and one of the easier places to park regarding driving in, but you still have to concentrate! my room was excellent, air con so quiet. Bed linen crisp and house keeping excellent.

Good location and walking distance to many things.

It may sound strange but uniqueness off this hotel is mainly related to the luck of modern design properties in so called "old World"; in this respect this hotel is more or less modern with good quality construction material and design. No extravaganza, just minimalist design, A/C and what's even more unique is excess to the underground parking from the main floor))))

Excellent check-in. Very nice hotel next to the old part of town. Walking distance to the Cathedral, restaurants & bars, and the commercial area.

Great location, great hotel

Well positioned in the old town for sightseeing. Able to drive into the underground car park with a lift direct to reception and floors. Breakfast was ok but a little cold.

My wife and i stayed their for two days. The room was very clean including the bathroom and modernised. The parking on site was €18 a night. The breakfast was good and the hotel is poitioned so everything we wanted to visit was only a 10 minute walkaway.

It was really difficult to find the hotel took us 1 hour to find it eventually hired a taxi to take us there Hotel fine except everything closed at 10 pm!!!

This is a good hotel but we had stayed at the Vincci Consulado in Bilbao and the Vincci Amerigo in Alicante and they were b both better

Location was fantastic. Bathroom floor should have been cleaned during the week, especially as the shower door leaked

The staff did not really care about the quality of the guests’ experience.
