Nice modern spacious room with comfortable king bed. Complementary water bottle provided. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruits and hot and cold items. Room wasn't made up until late in the day, after 3pm on one day. Area around the hotel was safe.

When I pre-pay our stayed it said with breakfast but when I receive the confirmation the breakfast was not there, I called Expedia and they say it wasn't there so I have to cancel and rent again, but that would be much more expensive. I took a screen shot that proved I had breakfast and tried to speak with Expedia buy there said NO.
when we arrive the hotel first they told us we didn't had breakfast and they double check it and they said we did have breakfast, but next morning starting to eat they came and told us we didn't have breakfast ... so I went to the front desk to check and there was the lady from the check in and I told them she said we did have breakfast included. So they let us have it that day but not the rest of the stay.ç
So I don't know if it was Expedia's or the hotel's fault but I never got what I booked for.

Great central location, nice rooms with great amenities. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to Tamara for the service provided which was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious and shower\toilet is solid. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago.

I was not given the room upgrade even though I showed them the benefits online and was told they did have availability. I was instead given a room with horrible views of the air conditioner units and construction that was underway in front of the building. The lady at the reception Elizabeth was not nice. I was given a room on the 4th floor and on the day I checked in they had a night club with loud music and party did not end until early in the morning. Hotel to my liking was average all in all apart from the room I was given.

The location is great, lots of restaurants around and the metro station was a block away from the hotel. The hotel itself had everything we could really need, free parking, minibar, which I needed to store medicine and the area around felt really safe.

Great week in Santiago! The Pullman El Bosque is well-situated in the Providencia/El Golf area of the city, right next to the Tobalaba metro station, making getting around the city super easy. The metro in Santiago is incredibly efficient and I highly recommend utilizing it, especially considering the proximity of the station to the hotel. The Pullman El Bosque has great decor and an amazing chic vibe. If/when I’m back in Santiago, I’ll be staying there!

I had the chance to stay in this hotel before the renovations and unfortunately I have to say that not much has changed. The gym didn't receive any improvements and the pool area remains unchanged. It seems it was only an interior design renovation that add quite little to the overall experience. No amenities in the room in comparison to similar hotels, such as coffee machine or kettle.

Hotel very convenient to all part of the city. The metro/subway a block away cleaned and safe. Breakfast was adequate. Your typical servings of a 3 star hotel in the USA.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The area is great with lots of restaurants nearby. My only complaint would be the super thick duvet that is way too hot in the summer.

The hotel is well located, check in was very easy and they allowed us to check in early at no cost. The room was clean. There is no coffee maker or kettle to prepare tea. They gave us two complementary glass bottles of water, which I appreciated not being plastic. But to go further I believe hotels should have reusable water bottles filling stations at this point. When they cleaned the room, it was a bit lacking but ok. Provided small plastic bottles of shampoo, etc. again they should improve their Eco friendliness effort. Our flight was very late at night so they allowed a late check out for US$60.00 until 6 pm. Breakfast was ok but basic.

the location is perfect because you are in a strategic place to get to know all of SANTIAGO and stay in a safe area and close to public transport and tourist attractions or shopping malls
