Dear Holiday inn I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent check-in at your hotel. I arrived at the hotel and checked in at 11:00 am. I understood that my room would not be ready until after 3:00 pm, which was perfectly acceptable to me. However, when I returned later to finalize my check-in, I encountered significant difficulties with the front desk staff member on duty. The receptionist repeatedly insisted that there was no reservation under my name and directed me to the hotel next door. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation by providing my name and spelling it out multiple times, as well as showing my identification for verification, she maintained that there was no record of my booking. After a considerable amount of time and effort, she eventually located my reservation but then claimed that the deposit had not been paid. By this point, I was quite frustrated with the lack of assistance and professionalism displayed. I promptly provided my card to cover the deposit, for the second time, the overall experience left much to be desired. I believe that this situation could have been handled more efficiently and courteously. The receptionist's unwillingness to assist and her dismissive attitude were not reflective of the standards I expect from your hotel. I hope you can address these concerns with your staff to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you

My trip was based on family and friends, and I enjoyed it. I thought that the parking lot was well lit and clean as the entire outside was. Hospitality was very good and the room was clean and welcoming. Did not appreciate that there was not a breakfast for the price you pay unless you pay extra.

You hvae excellent front desk , Aly ( hope the spelling is right) Used to have cookies when i check in , no more the room did not smell neutral , the smell was not fresh , the first time in this hotel

Everything was fine.

Stayed in a regular king room for the night. Room was pretty filthy. Stains on the curtain,wall by the toilet, sofa chair. Walked in and grabbed the lysol before sitting on the sofa chair. Woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of urine that was coming from both of my pillows...pretty gross. Staff did provide me with more pillows, but yeah...Room wasn't close to the level that other's reviews mentioned. Unhappy visitor.

We didn’t receive our welcome packet. The television was not working properly. We were very tired and the noise level made it hard to sleep. The man who checked us in was super cool, however.

The only issue we had was the super expensive breakfast that isn’t included in the cost of the room and the cashless snack options at the front desk. Very inconvenient and we had to pack everyone up and drive to a store for a few small items. Not worth the cost for the room at all.

Zircon sound was too loud and so we could’n’t sleep well.

Our second room (king room) was much better, bed comfortable, again, few amenities. But convenient for our stay

The stay was ok, beds were not comfortable, minimal amenities. It’s was clean and easy access to the purpose of our visit

The room smell cigarettes did not want to complain But everything was great

I have to say that this site/Hotel was amazing. They have a restaurant located on the 1st floor, they have a great staff, very clean rooms, and I have to say the bathroom was top notch. Very well kept.

The hotel's location was excellent and the room itself was comfortable to stay in. However, it is worth mentioning that the room appeared to be a bit run down, especially the fiberglass in the shower which seemed to have undergone some recent repairs resulting in a terrible patch job. Additionally, there were some visible patches on the walls. The sofa bed's condition was not up to the mark and appeared to be unclean. Despite these issues, the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained.

Literally had a party outside our window until 4 am and the hotel staff did nothing about it. It was tiring and unpleasant

The hotel is fine smelt musky in my room. Walls were a bit thin but overall not a horrible place to stay. Bed is comfortable

Bully was good he was by himself no help around evening time we had to wait He was very nice and checked my room for a good heater

Booked a weekend get away for my family, parents, and my brother and his family. We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. First night we arrived it was closed, the next morning it was also closed. We spoke to Malinda the kind front desk clerk, whom had no idea why the pool was closed. She said the pool would be closed all weekend. Everyone was really disappointed. The kids mostly! Malinda right away started making phone calls and trying to find out why the pool was closed and why no one notified her and the staff. She was very helpful. The entire family left for the day to try and make the kids happy and enjoy the day. We came back at about 2pm and Malinda told us the pool was open again. She had made some calls and talked to the person in charge of cleaning the pool. Somehow she managed to have them reopen it. The kids spend whatever time they could there and were very happy. A big thank you to Malinda for going above and beyond to help us. She was very thoughtful and kind!
