Fantastic stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the room- clean, comfortable, and beautiful.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided the small disposable bodywash/shampoon as opposed to the larger refillable ones and didn't give us options to op out of daily changing of sheets and towels. Overall, the room was comfortable, the service was great. Some minor changes could really bring this stay to a "10" as rated by many users.

Second stay in 2 weeks and this hotel is still as perfect as it was 2 weeks ago. I love phoning reception and being greeted by name. I love arriving back after a long day and being greeted as a friend. I love how all the screws in the light fittings point upwards and i love how the lift always seems to be open on the ground floor for a quick rise to the room.

My wife and I stay at the Loden every time we visit Vancouver (three times per year)
it is a gem in the heart of the city, steps away from the best coffee, great shopping, and just a few blocks to the most beautiful waterfront of any city in North America.
All the staff members are caring, professional, thoughtful and helpful... the Loden defines Hospitality.

We loved the hotel and our room. The bed was so comfy. They delivered lemon water and chocolates at night. The staff was very good. The restaurant next door was an added bonus. Would stay again.

A really lovely boutique hotel. Chic design, warm, friendly staff, great restaurant, luxurious amenities, and of course a central location in Vancouver's downtown. I want to call out for special mention the staff who accommodated us in the VIP Lounge when our flight was rescheduled. It was much nicer to wait there than at the airport.
One area for improvement: the bathroom sink is too small even as it extends several inches past the edge of the countertop. Water is not contained in that area, and the faux wood cladding shows years of water damage. This is a design problem more than a maintenance problem. Also, I encourage the Loden to dispense with travel-size plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc., and to embrace more eco-friendly options.

The hotel is very comfortable and well located. But our room was never made up before our return from lunch. The parking is absurdly expensive in view of the room price.

We loved everything about this hotel: the location, stylish and comfortable room, beautiful view, exceptional welcome from the staff, and attention to detail such as a bottle of iced lemon water and little treats by our bed each night. We reserved bikes for a ride to Stanley Park - free to guests of the hotel.

We typically stay at one of the larger, corporate hotels in Vancouver when we visit... but close friends in Seattle recommended the Loden, in Vancouver, suggesting it is a gem of a small hotel (77 rooms). AND THEY WERE RIGHT!
We loved everything about the Loden on our recent visit; the staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean, well designed, the bed is comfortable. Nothing is missing! 10 out of 10 stars!

We made a last minute reservation on evening of check in. On arrival there was a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel and there were unfortunately no rooms available. The manager and staff were extremely helpful and managed to solve the issue and find us a room. We were quite fortunate to have that manager there to help!

Beautiful hotel in a great location as it is walkable to many wonderful parts of the city. Stanislav at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are very nice and plenty of room to store out things. Nice having the adjacent restaurant to enjoy a breakfast or cocktail, etc

Great Hotel. Wonderful staff. Room was clean, fully functional, well equipped along with a very comfortable bed. We also greatly enjoyed “Tableau”, the adjoining French Restaurant. Will stay here again in Vancouver.

The Loden was a great place to stay on our anniversary trip. It’s conveniently located in the downtown area. Just a short walk to the water and Stanley Park. The staff was excellent and took care of everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here on your trip to Vancouver!

The Loden is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The Tableau Restaurant, which is part of the hotel, was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay at The Loden again.

The staff is incredible. They are kind and helpful.
My husband unknowingly left his phone in our car when we returned to hotel. The valet noticed and popped it up to the room! As for the room,
the layout is great, comfortable and spacious.
Last, I have asthma and they have accommodated my hypoallergenic needs 👍 Side-note Dyson hair dryer!
