I love the place

The whole hotel had a terrible smell, the room smelled like mildew and on the wall, you could see where it has a major leak and it’s been going on a while. The ice machine was covered in mildew, obviously not cleaned in a long time. I would not stay here again even for one night. Not worth the money and hotel definitely needs to be cleaned and repaired. Pictures are nothing like the rooms!

We did not stay. First room he gave us was occupied. 2nd had urine all over toilet and bathroom floor. He tried another room but moved us again before we even saw that one. Last room had mold all over the bed and floor, bloodstains on the pillow, and fleas in the bed. I took pictures. Of course I could not get a refund because I used Expedia and not the hotel. We are now at the Baymont down the street. Much better.

I am so thankful for Motel 6, because l can afford to visit my children and grandchildren.

The rooms are absolutely massive, well worth the price, the bathrooms are a bit outdated, and there is mold in the grout but other than that it's all good

Upgrade our King room to the King deluxe with hot tub, totally NOT worth the extra 65.00, the hot tub is only a garden tub with no jets and although the room was large, there were no other extra amenities. Wasted my money.

I loved everything about this place. Our daughter had locked herself in the bathroom and they immediately helped her out of there with no issues but other then that they were some of the sweetest staff

It just needs to be remodeled.

This man is a crook with horrendous customer service. We were not able to check in and he took money anyway saying he did not charge us anything. Tried to discuss the situation and he yelled and screamed at me

The room was okay for what we could afford. Staff was very polite when we got there.

I would recommend anyone to come to studio 6 the property is clean and the staff is friendly

We got a room with a jacuzzi tub. The Jacuzzi was dirty, the stopper in it would barely work. The floors are hard wood but they were not clean. Bathroom door locked but gap between the door and the door facing that it would not even latch. Will not be staying there agsin

I enjoyed my stay.

Where to start? Check-in took over 45 minutes and then the room had to be cleaned before we could go to it (7:30pm). The hotel itself resembles some kind of dungeon with cracked plaster and dirty floors. An overwhelming smell of marijuana filled the hallways, probably coming from the sketchy people hanging out in the halls and at every exit door. Once in the room, immediately found bloody sheets and a toilet that rocked and took 3 flushes to use. During the night, there were repeated knocks on the door from someone, but no one ever stayed at the door to talk. At approx. 2:18am, gunshots rang out in the parking lot outside the window, but I didn't chance it by looking outside. Drunken people in the lot kept bumping loudly into the outside walls throughout the night. All in all, a horrible and frightening experience. If I'm ever in Tupelo again, I will sleep in my car before I go here again.

Good sleeping room, bed was comfortable.Quiet and easy in and out with luggage cart.

Stay for our 10 year anniversary. Wanted to get away with out responsibility for the night . Thats exactly what we did the room was quiet and comfortable. It was clean. Everything worked and front desk was helpful and friendly the price was great. Would definitely stay again

The property is behind some other businesses, so it's hard to find, despite several signs. It is about a block off a busy street and very quiet. The person at the reception desk was very courteous and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom needed some repairs. There was a rotted spot on the shower that looked like it had black mold. Other than that one thing it was great value. Price was good, room was good minus that one spot. I would stay there again

Ok property. Not super clean. Big problem was that the inside of the fridge smelled like poop. Not figuratively. Literally like dirty diapers had been stored in there! Yuk!!

The hotel was VERY hard to find. I had to stop and ask another hotel where you guys were. Second the beds were not the most comfortable.

This was my 1st time ever staying in Tupelo. I booked through hotels.com for one price only upon arrival to this hotel to be given some type of reason as to why I’m being charged almost an extra $60 just to checkin. Showed the lady at the desk my email confirmation from hotels.com & everything! Definitely still not happy about that, because if I wanted to spend that much I would’ve just used that extra money & stayed somewhere else. But due to a time crunch, I was left with no choice. But It was an ok stay, didn’t feel too welcoming. Room was really decent & clean. Location is kind of odd, but I found my way. Probably wouldn’t stay there again though only due to my check in issues

Room was very good.

Toilets didn't flush good. Room service never knocked they would just walk in.

There was not enough towels for the number of guests and we could get no more

The owners of the hotel are very ride disrespectful and racist.

Rooms where nice. No breakfast available.
