There was a hair not mine in the bathtub and on one of the towels. Didn’t feel comfortable to take a shower.

Air conditioner made terrible noise everytime it cut on. A lot of outside noise. Full kitchen but no supplies.

First of all -we have stayed in other Woodspring Suites. Came to FortWorth for a medical procedure.
No one was at front desk to check in.
After 3.
40 minute delay.(apparently they were at a party)
Our phone in room was not working, leak in tub, toilet was dirty with a broken seat.
Water running all night in tub and toilet.
Room smelled as well.
They also kept my photo I.D.
Had to drive back 40 miles.
Not sure what’s going on with the management but they need to take better care of the rooms.
Our room was handicap accessible too.
Never again will we be staying at this particular location.
Location is awesome but not hotel.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They are very prompt, professional, and friendly!! They are accommidating to our needs and preferences! Our AC acted up and they fixed it impressively fast! The beds are comfortable, the water is instantly hot, the kitchen is perfect for our needs at mealtime. Everyone is always smiling and made us feel at home! Very thankful for everything they do!

This property has power outages almost every other month and the manager doesn’t do a very good job of fixing it. If you stay long term, it’s very hard to get your roomed cleaned however they are supposed to do it every 14 days. Staff is just there to get paid. There’s been multiple car break ins and in the parking lot there’s always kids running around unsupervised and hitting cars. The manager doesn’t do anything to resolve any of these problems and mostly makes up excuses instead of giving you a straight answer. I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

Arrived at the hotel to check in around 10:45 pm. The front desk area had shutters pulled down with a sign saying to call an extension if checking in after 10pm. I called the extension numerous times and it kept saying the number I was calling was not a working number. I then used my cell phone to call the main hotel number and no one answered it after calling several times. I was about to leave since I had no way to check in, then another hotel guest was coming out so I was able to get into the hotel. I was finally able to locate the hotel staff member and I said I needed to check in. Her response was “How did you get in here?” When I said that no one was answering the extension that it said to call, she said “Oh yeah, you just have to keep holding and it will eventually put you through.” How in the world was I suppose to know that or anyone else know that??? Besides the hotel being a dump, the whole process of trying to get checked in was beyond ridiculous.

Great staff. Clean room. But this is just a motel 6 with a fridge, sink and 2 burners. I guess that’s why they can call it a "suite". It is a tiny room with a 2’x2’ table and one dining chair. The mattress even sat on a metal frame with old fashioned springs.
No easy chair, no couch, nothing but a bed and a tiny table…and a TV (there was cable, but the local channels didn’t even work).
The commode was even one of those old style tiny seat commodes.
No carpet, just cheap vinyl floor.
Oh, and don’t think about a bath. The faucet diverter was fixed to only do a shower.
One bar of soap, no shampoo.
It is not a "suite" like anything else you have stayed in.
Don’t think you are getting anything decent.
Like I said, good people, clean, but very disappointed.
I will never be suckered again into staying at a WoodSpring "SUITES".
I have stayed at nicer "motel 6"’s, even though that was 30 years ago, and I said never again, to that brand also.
If it’s all you can afford, I understand. But don’t think you are getting a "suite".

Property was spotless and the hard flooring was very clean. The pillows were a little thin and a trip to the desk. it was taken care of by super helpful staff. (reggie) This is a minimalist hotel, bring your own shampoo. Half the price of surronding properties.

Everything about the stay was perfect. The only thing I would recommend is that the property consider putting something on the stairs to make them less slippery. It was raining and my husband fell down the stairs. He is fine. It’s just a suggestion.

This Hotel should not be offered on Hotels.com This is a terribly run property. There were ants and roaches in the room. There was a terrible smell of Chlorine inside the Hotel. The Beds were more like Cots with metal legs. I would never recommend anyone to stay at the property and when we complained about the bugs and the smell and wanted to leave, they would not give us a refund. We left anyway.

The room was pretty stark, but we did have two large dogs with us. I ordered a queen bed but only got a full bed. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the desk. Under the circumstances it was a pretty good week we were there.

I loved that there was an elevator and every entrance is locked by key card. I don't like is that I could hear the highway like I'm right on it, there were hairs on my bed, there's a loud knocking sound that happens periodically in my room, you can see light coming through the side of my door by the handle, my window is all jacked so it doesn't close properly, the tub had dirt in it so I didn't shower, and the covers for the bed are wayyyy tooo light it felt like I wasn't covered by anything.

Did not get to stay at reserved hotel. No notification was made by phone call, by text or email. Wasn’t told anything about hotel issues until I arrived for check in. Very aggravating and disappointing with Wood Springs and hotels.com

My Family and I arrived at the hotel,on Friday 10:30, after 4 hours driving we get to the hotel and the receptionist told me that my stay had been canceled, that she was trying to call everyone on her list, that they had a water main brake and part of the rooms were not available. And this issue was a few days before, so she had plenty of time to call, but she didn't, so there we are looking for hotels the entire night. Everyone close by was booked.

The worst thing I have ever experienced in my life and I’m sure they’ll know who I am when they read this. “J” in the front desk has no manners and is rude to the bone. I walk in there to check in on my reservation and surprise! I reserved a double bed room and they didn’t have any available to begin with. They offered a queen bed so I had to accept because I needed a place to rest. Then they say my payment wasn’t going through that Expedia had to release it. I was trying to contact Expedia a “J” says “ma'am. Were you able to get the number to contact them otherwise I’ll give it to you or I can cancel your reservation” I said No! I am already chatting with them and I am not moving from here until someone resolved the issue. Expedia agent said they would call the hotel and they did. He answered right there and told them “I offered her a discount bla bla bla” I said to him then and there “no you didn’t offer nothing” he muted the call and threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn’t shut up. I said go ahead and cancel! Then a guy walks in and asks for his room key because he misplaced it and “J” said. If you don’t bring it in o e hour it will be a $15 charge. So the guy politely says “but I only was given one key” then “J” in his rude voice says “if you don’t bring it back in an hour it’s $15” the guys just walked away. Who do they think they are??? My experience was horrible. The filthy hotel was overbooked & we had to shop for a room. My daughter will be visiting soon and she will help me spam the internet with a negative number but true and accurate review. I am told that you infrequently return anyone's money, I'm also waiting for my statement to see if this true. Stop contacting me, I would rather be broke & homeless in California than join your scam & expose myself to more of your unnessary grief. I would send a photo but the "reception desk" was very dark & only one computer was operational.

Rooms were smoke infested. FIrst room, I could not even breathe as the smoke smell and lingering was so bad. Requested to change rooms and was provided such. Second room was also unbearable. Opened the windown and made the best of a few hours sleep. Upon departure, my bag and clothes all reaked of smoke smell.

The staff was nice and the shower & AC was the best thing about the room. We requested a non smoking room. The entire hotel hall and room smelled of cigarette. The bed was a flimsy bed with a plastic fitted sheet. Honestly I thought it would break w/any slight movement.
