Found 2 small live roaches within 10 minutes of checking into the room and one of the bedside electrical plugs didn't work. Evening and morning staff apologized and comped my stay for the all the trouble.

What a retreat for weary road warriers! Lovely lobby with 24 hour water and hot drinks. Great spacious room. And the pool with out door fireplace, rock waterfalls, hot tub, grill, eating area.
Only downer, we could only stay one night!

One of the beds in my room had a mattress where one side of mattress the springs were possibly broken and you roll down into a hole. The other bed was not great, just okay as far as comfort. The room itself was very clean and orderly. Never had any problems like this before at a Hampton.

Check in went well, but when we got to our room our remote did not work. I took it to the front desk and was told the hotel did not have extra remotes nor did they have batteries. Had to watch television on my phone. So glad I paid for such “great amenities”.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We found it odd that in our room the bathroom door was a barn sliding door grabs on both sides and NO LOCK. The bathroom sink faucet is set off to the side so water gets everywhere. No vent in the bathroom either so there was a little mold on walls. Lack of privacy for the bathroom was biggest complaint.

Was surprised how large the room was. Great use of space. Picked this hotel from other reviewers rating on cleanliness and safety, was not disappointed. A little hesitant about being on the first floor but had no issues at all. Beautiful pool area and very kind staff. We will definitely come back.

checkin was a mix up. Lady at desk insisted I was probably at the wrong hotel. I re-did my reservation online and that was corrected. First night upon arrival female employee at the desk had her cell phone out listening to her baby cry at home I guess. Also, second night she was in the eating area with no lights on having a conversation with her husband/boyfriend? Very unprofessional. Actually kinda creepy. Second night at 11:00 pm people next door to my room were just getting there. Loud, laughing, knocking on door across the hall from me. Went on at least an hour. Would not stay there again, no professional management at the hotel.

Staff was awesome pool was amazing but beds were uncomfortable and pillows I couldn’t sleep well at all. Shower was a little small and shower curtain didn’t cover fully and water would come out.

Room was very dirty, sheets had holes in them, hairs everywhere and stains on the shower curtain. Very displeased with my stay and honestly think I should get a refund for this stay because it was SO dirty. I knew I should have booked the Bevyl across the street. 0/10 do not recommend

One of our favorite hotels. This was our final stop during a road trip. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is wonderful. The location is great, close to dining and HEB. It's also a quick drive to the historic district. No complaints.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Boerne is an excellent hotel with excellent staff members. We would almost not post this so we can keep this gem hidden.
Deborah at the front desk is the most service oriented person ever and very nice to chat with.
Our room was clean when we arrived and had been expertly kept clean by MaryAnn.
Tony and Jane made our weeklong stay complete as well.

Front desk associates were very friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was very spacious. Loved the pool / fireplace and patio area. The only disappointing thing was the jacuzzi's jets were barely working but I still enjoyed the time in the hot water at night. Continental breakfast was good. I hope to come back when Im in Boerne again. Didn't get to enjoy the pool due to several days of rain. At least one evening of no drizzle. So the hot tub with the pretty pretty pool and the fire in the fireplace hit the spot. Yeah!

The property was just fine. The room was nice and clean but the beds were hard as a rock. Also, we paid extra to booked this property specifically for the pool and hot tub and right as we pulled up they closed both for maintenance. It was so disappointing! The staff was phenomenal though.

Sadie at the front desk was delightful and always helpful. Beds were fine. Disappointed in the room though because we never could get hot water in the shower. And the bottles they’re using for shampoo, conditioner abd bath gel are pumps that are facing up so when they get low you can’t get anything out of them. They’re locked into the wall, so you can’t turn them upside down to get anything out. We were also surprised by how much the noise in the hall carried. Definitely not one of our favorite Hampton Inns.

Out of coffee on a cold day checking in and in the colder evening returning from family gathering. Surprise no shower cap for lady and only one small bar of soap. Staff was polite and told them needed a bigger sign for their only entrance location.
