More like a hotel than a motel! Great breakfast, beds. Beautiful building!

Wonderful service from the friendly smiles at check-in to the hustling attendees at the breakfast meal, constantly filling up food and supplies. I cannot say enough good things about the Maumee location. 6 of us: 3 kids, my 74 yo mother and my husband and me so we had a bigger room. Our beds were so comfortable my nine year old said, "...it was the best sleep of her life..." We had an extra large room with 2 bedroom and 2 baths. Everyone had plenty of space and it was well worth the extra money. We stayed past the 10pm limit at the pool and no one blinked an eye. We were late checking out by 20 minutes and no one said one word. So I'd say EXTREMELY family friendly. LOTS of great choices at breakfast, plenty of towels, lots of amenities provided in our kitchenette. The two minor down points were: the mattress on the sleeper sofa was very thin and the pool area did not have a hot tub (which was a disappointment for my 7 year old) We would totally stay again (and again and again, if our budget would allow the extra-big room!)

Overall, check in and area were great. The room absolutely freaked of smoke. We had already had been bumped from the room we traveled and then to smell smoke all night was miserable. But, we had traveled so far and were too exhausted to request another room.

We had a wonderful stay. Josh at the front desk helped us with our booking. Our beds were super comfy and the pool was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was great! Bill, was so kind. He even put on a little magic show for my daughters. We can’t wait to stay here again.

It was a bit of a drive from the interstate that we were traveling on but the gentlemen at the front desk was very nice, the hotel was quiet and the area seems newly developed.

I had rather high expectations and was excited for our trip. The location is great, right next to shopping and restaurants. However, cleanliness was the biggest issue. The condition of our room clearly showed good help is impossible to find right now. There was food left on the floor, a massive bug in the bathroom light fixture, dust on the furniture.

I have stayed here a few times this past year. I have noticed that you all removed the flavored teas, the toasters and took the Boomerang channel off of your cable TV. This is my daughter and I quarterly staycation destination. She is on the spectrum and only wants to watch Boomerang. The location is good due to the mall next door. The staff is Always Nice. Thank you. Im wondering where are my points?

Plenty of room for a wheelchair, having a separate room for sleeping was good. Clean enough, dusting needed on all lamp surfaces (beneath the shade as well.) We would stay here again when in the area.

Was charged a $250 fee that was NOT disclosed when I booked the stay. Was told when we checked in that we could not have a birthday party that was also NOT disclosed before I booked the stay. Was told we could not have cake or decorations in the room at all. This stay was SUPPOSED to be for my sons birthday and we were GOING TO have a party for him but we DID NOT because we were told we wasn't allowed. The pull out couch bed was dirty, apparently house keeping don't clean thoroughly because we found food on the walls and ceiling from previous people, did under the beds because they didn't clean good enough, the pool room was so hot I felt like i was going to pass out, there is no ventilation apparently, the pool room floor had ants crawling around EVERYWHERE, the pool had so much chlorine in it that the water was cloudy and you couldn't even see the pool floor and there was so much chlorine that just sitting in the room made your eyes burn and most of the time there was no towels in there, I had to go ask for totals a couple times. We will NEVER AGAIN come to this place. Kalahari is the same price with parties ALLOWED! We will take our business there. Get yourselves together. I'm not sure how you have a 4.0 rating... it was a horrible experience! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Will never stay at that hotel again. The only bright spot was the lady working the desk the night we checked in. The first room had mouse poop on the pullout. The room they moved us to we noticed food under the bed while checking for one of my son's toys.

Feb 19th Morning. They had almost nothing for breakfast. I usually booke this brand of hotel for their breakfast offerings. Their waffle machine was off. Juice machine was off. Soda machine was off. No muffins No Hot water 2 things they were able to resolve are. No milk and no jelly. They need to be prepared for busy travel times like Presidents Day.

Staff was very rude and racist. I recommend this place to nobody especially black folks police wer called and we got threw out for nothing!

Wish I would have known it was $75 for a pet. That’s almost as much as the room.
