It was clean, comfortable and quiet!

Staff was super friendly, room and facilities were clean, short drive to downtown

The front desk ladies were wonderful, so friendly and inviting. I believe their names were Brittany and Chelsea, they are keepers! The room was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Not very much parking

The neighborhood, friendly staff, quiet environment, clean room, comfortable suite. Were a few areas in the room that needed updated. Liked the private bedroom with bathroom.

A few areas in the suite that needed updated. Door under kitchen sink loose, needed tightened or replaced. Screen damage to windows. I took pics as soon as I arrived, didn't want to be held responsible for any previous defects by other guests.

The breakfast was ok. The bed was comfortable.

The rooms smelled carpet torn and the sofa had a huge stain on it. Housekeeping needs to do a better job and the carpet is old and smelly.

worn out carpet,stove only worked half,garbage disposal quit working had to have maintenance fix it carpet was loss by kitchen didn’t see it and tripped and was charged a 50$ loss and damage fee when I went down and told them about it

Fantastic location. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive off of two interstates. Neighborhood felt safe and had a suburban feel. Would recommend it to anyone needing a hotel near Toledo.

Very limited parking when we first arrived but then we found out that there was a huge wedding party (guests) that had checked out but were waiting to attend the wedding. One they left, more parking spaces became available.
