Everything was perfect the front desk workers was awesome

Easy check in, nice employees. Room was on 3rd floor, smelt of cigarette first day, told front desk and was much better the next day. Easy check out. All employees were very nice and helpful.

We checked in late Saturday afternoon and met Anna and Carol behind the front desk. Anna helped to resolve a reservation problem and solved it for us. She was great. Carol was there the two nights and three days we were there and was always very friendly and ready to press the automatic door opener whether we were leaving to walk the Boards or coming back late night. Room was very roomy and clean. The sheets were clean but very stained.

It's a typical OC room, outdated, not the cleanest looking, cracked walls etc. Parking sucks, the main lot is across the street and unless you drive a VW bug you aren't getting in or out. I drive an F150 it's not the biggest truck but they had to send me over a block away to a different lot. Super inconvenient. Also, only 1 elevator for 6 floors so you're definitely waiting at times.

TOP FLOOR POOL AND BAR, SNACK FOODS. CLOSE TO BOARDWALK AND MANY STORES AND RESTAURANTS VERY CLOSE! Friendly helpful staff. Great prices!

The hotel room was very nice, and the bartender on the roof was very kind and told us about things to do around Ocean City. Very high quality visit

We were mostly there to shower and sleep lol pretty good.

The floor and carpet was wet from a leaking refrigerator…

In the bathroom the door frame was rotted at the bottom and there was a hole in it.there was not enough TV channels

Upon arrival they gave my room away made the guest leave my room didn’t clean my room up the room was filthy the bed was broke and the staff was rude.

The person in front dest was very rude to me and racist. I had never felt so bad in any hotel. It was a bad experience.

The bed had bedbugs The shower head was full of calcium buildup so only a couple of holes sprayed water, which made it inconvenient to shower and there was mold on the ceiling tiles We checked out a day early. I knew the policy was that we would not be able to get our money back, but the experience was bad so we didn’t care.

I was only told about one parking lot across the street. With that lot full the front desk attendee told me to either pay $20 per night for premier parking or find a spot on the street somewhere. It wasn't until 2 days later that I stumbled upon their second guest parking lot down the street that they failed to mention. After finally paying for paying and getting the room I had to switch rooms because the pull out couch was unusable as a bed due to the extremely poor quality mattress. It was about the thickness of a floor mat and you could see the springs popping out everywhere. In the new room every container on the wall of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion in the bathroom was empty. The floor was absolutely filthy and I wound up washing it by hand and my own soap. Walking in the room without shoes would almost immediately make you feel black. For the most part I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door but not once did they ask if I needed anything. I had to keep requesting towels, wash clothes and toilet paper and it was clearly a hassle to them. The first 3 beers I tried ordering at the rooftop bar were unavailable and alcohol is not permitted by the pool or Jacuzzi so you have to sit away from everybody awkwardly to drink it. The location is the only thing I enjoyed about my stay there and I most likely would stay somewhere else next time I come here on vacation.

I paid more money for the pull out couch bed. It was in horrible condition. The dirty mattress was skinny with the wiring jabbing you if you tried to sleep on it. They did not put a sheet on the mattress just a blanket folded into it. For the 3 night, 4 day stay housekeeping did not come, not even just to restock the toilet paper.

The staff was so friendly and nice! Super close to beach! Easy parking! Balcony with beach view!

It was very nice . Half block to board walk. Food and shopping all around the hotel. Walkable . Loved the location .

There were drip stains on the walls, a visible black shoe print smudge on the top sheet right by the pillows, visible sweat stains under the sheets along with mold markings, a poorly patched hole in the wall, and dents in the room door. We purchased this room for a co-worker for a conference and we were so embarrassed to hear how bad the room was.

Customer service was rude, room smell bad, they didn’t clean the room while we stayed and finally after we when to the front desk to request, they made the beds very poorly and the left the (clean) towers on the floor

Loved the proximity to boardwalk, beach, and amusement pier, with parking just across the street. Only issue was the rooftop outdoor pool: water was milky cloudy. No one went in.
