We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at 1pm. Room was clean, bathroom clean and fridge clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. Hotel was pretty booked but our floor was quiet. Breakfast was good with omelettes made the way you like. Parking is offered onsite for $27 but there is a lot right door for $15. 10 minutes away from Universal Studios.

Great location!! As usual, rooms are LARGE. Sofa bed was actually comfy! Happy hour reception allows for more than 2 drinks, plus had a few munchies. Complementary breakfast was awesome! Some wallpaper amd flooring is dated/dingy but everything was clean and otherwise nice.

About 15 minute drive from universtal studios hollywood. We really just slept so considering that, it was good. This was our second stay at this location..

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Only a couple bummers. The hot tub was not hot. The evening reception drinks were fine but snacks were gone within 20 minutes and not restocked. And we ordered room service one evening and it was outrageously expensive. But overall it was a good stay

The rooms could use better lighting. It was very dark for the women to do their make up. Also, stop being cheap on the toilet paper!! Use better quality!!

The room was okay..the bathroom wasn't that good. Also I expected all rooms come with wifi enabled.. somehow I didn't notice that our room didn't have wifi when booking.
They offer breakfast service which is really good.. they a have all kinds of things.. My family loved that part.

Love that we got to Feed the koi fish. Breakfast was good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very quiet area. Feels safe. Right off freeway. We came in a pickup truck so parking was tight. There is $27 nightly self parking fee.

The lobby was beautiful with koi fish. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the omelet. The room was spacious but worn. The bed made the sound of a cardboard box when you sat on it or got into it. The temperature outside was 101 degrees the two days I was there but the room was nice and cool!

Everything was wonderful except the parking. We had two cars and we still had to pay full feee every day for a whole week and that was a lot of money.
Other than that, the staff was wonderful and we really enjoy the rooms and the quality breakfast as we as the complimentary happy hour!

Its okay. The bed was uncomfortable, hurt my back a little bit. The ac was not cooling the bedroom properly only the living room was cold. Shower head is old, took a long time to wet my hair. Breakfast was good tho and also the snacks during happy hour. Staff were also very accommodating.

Perfect hotel for families that are visiting the Glendale area. The only downside was that the pool is underwhelming.

The first room provided was flooded. They provided another room quickly. Apart from that the overall experience was great. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great. The location is the best if you are planning to visit Universal Studios. It was really family friendly. I would book again.

We had a king suite room booked. The room and bathroom both are pretty spacious and has good closet space too. The only thing I can complain about it is the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. The rooms were clean and well kept. Housekeeping service was prompt. Our booking included complimentary breakfast which was amazing with a variety of options. The ambience of the hotel overall is very nice. I would definitely recommend this for a multinight stay.
One complaint I have is about complimentary wifi. The front desk mentioned that since we booked via third party there is a charge of $9.95 per day for the wifi access which I thought was unnecessary. They could have given the complimentary wifi.

The hotel rooms was spacious
Bathroom faucets, Shower heads were old and were hardly working.
Cleanliness wise it was ok.
No free Wifi unless pay $15. Had 4 kids in two rooms we booked; wanted to use iPad but no avail. What establishment doesn't have free wifi, not even in the lobby.
Breakfast was very good. Loved it and no complaints there.
