Good quality of room and hotel in general.

Decent and convenient

Initial appearance upon arrival seemed fine BUT once we were given a room on the 2nd floor it became DISGUSTING !! Opened the door and immediately were subjected to a disgusting smell in entire room.Had the front desk come up to inspect and apparently he didn’t seem too worried !! We were given a different room but at least the room didn’t have that terrible smell, but still wasn’t that fresh either. The bathroom tub was disgusting and had Black mold around the edges .The smell was even throughout the hallway and was quite evident as soon as we got off elevator. We endured it for the 2 nights but stayed out off room as long as possible . Only booked this hotel for the location convenience for our purposes .

Was in town for my daughter wedding. The place was nice and clean quite was assessable to a few fast food an a restaurant. Walmart is right up the road there was a water park not too far from there as will, that area around the water park had a great walking path; and the people where friendly everyone passed an said hello. Breakfast was good an there was cookies, coffee and water out most of the day.I will say you need a your own transportation to move around this place. Everything is far away. Once at the hotel you can walk to a few fast food places. Nice place will stay again.

My air condition did not work all night, when i called the reception they said no one was around to fix it... The breakfast is not hygienic, the waffle mixer and maker are not clean to be used the next day...

I never stayed the night. As soon as I walked into the room, I heard the room next door having a karaoke night. The halls smelled like marijuana and there were people hanging out all around the hotel. People were sitting in the parking lot and smoking. There seemed to be drug activity and drug users around and in the hotel. I didn’t feel safe at all. I asked could I switch rooms at first because the person next door was so loud. The front desk representative said I couldn't. I drove miles away and had to get up around 6am the next day. I just needed to rest. Then I asked could I switch my room to another partnering hotel. The front desk representative said it was impossible. He was very unhelpful and untrustworthy. He was calling out everyone’s room number, which is a huge NO. Please don't stay here. It's very sketchy and drug users stay here. I never stayed or even put my bags in the room. I end up staying somewhere else. A complete waste of money.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Main issue was A/C was on 60 degrees and window left part open. Not sure how this was not noticed by staff. This made a large area of carpet wet due to condensation. Front desk offered extra towels to avoid wet feet!

This property is perfectly located just outside of New Haven and Waterbury. Very nicly located near a wonderful local coffee shop and pizza parlor.

The room seemed dingy and dirty. The bathtub was disgusting. Sheets were stained. And box spring was exposed. My wife was unable to sleep because she felt as if bed bugs were present even though we did not see any.

Service at the front desk to check in and check out was not the best. The room itself wasn't too bad. Pillows were not that comfortable and no blackout curtains though if you wanted to sleep in. Not much around the hotel.

It was pretty much the only hotel in town, but it was decent. Definitely overpriced but you can get away with that when the choices are limited I guess. No complaints about facilities

When we arrived there was a large group waiting for a room for catering i am assuming. There was a wait that time of maybe 15-20 minutes. The front desk agent started to tell me there was no rooms available after i booked, listening is key. There was a bed with no fitted sheet and the other bed had no pillows. When asked for the basic necessity, we were told there was none available. We did not get a good nights rest which was the point of the stay in the first place.

My room was clean and comfortable. HOWEVER, The bath tub was DIRTY!! I could not take a bath the morning I was checking out. It was a one night stay, so I had to improvise using the sink for an old fashion bath. I reported to the housekeepers who were working my floor the morning I checked out. Also, I asked one of them to come into the room view the tub. They did.

Average room. Nice staff. Breakfast was okay. Same choices all four mornings. Coffee was empty 3 of the 4 mornings, had to wait a bit but nothing crazy. Good price for what you get.

The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working very well and the bed made my back feel (not so good in the mornings) but the room and the hotel was welcoming and clean.

It’s a fine hotel that suits our needs

The person at the front desk was always pleasant and helpful. It is nice to have coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. My room had a few tears in the wallpaper in the bathroom by the lightswitch. I could not find an exhaust fan switch for using the shower, so the mirror fogs and i cant put contacts in until it clears. Very minor inconvenience. All in all, wonderful stay. Breakfast choices were also great!

Everything went well, except that the first room assigned was actually not cleaned up and ready. A new one had to be requested, and assigned.

I found the staff very friendly and the room was very comfortable. Initially I asked to move because when I walked to my initial room there was a dog barking quite loudly from another room. I asked for a different room and they provided it and I was comfortable in that room.

When I have business in the area, this is where I stay. Front desk agents are very kind and friendly. Room is very nice and it is in a safe area.

Great place! Reasonable price, convenient to highway, very nice folks, good breakfast, clean, great shower and room. Would highly recommend.

We had to check out early, everything was good until my son slipped and fell on ice on the sidewalk in front of the hotel on the property. He hit his head and was not feeling well. I did inform the staff they should put salt to melt the ice.

Dirty smell nasty

The stat was pleasant, and the staff was very efficient in answering and taking care of any of my needs. I will definitely book again.

The check-in was very easy and the staff was very engaging, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was inviting.

I've enjoyed my stay here several times now. When I need to get away from it all. I come stay a few nights and enjoy myself. It's quiet and clean. And it's affordable. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and I always find it comfortable and well maintained. Definitely the best place to stay in Naugatuck!
