Bed sheets in the room had not been changed, I almost tucked my kids into a bed with body fluid stains on the inner sheets. The front desk host took care of changing the sheets for us, but not something anyone should have to deal with in a hotel with a “clean room guarantee”.

Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. And best part was it was affordable!! We would definitely stay here again. We went to the UW football game and drove over after. Fun trip!

Bed was comfy. Room was clean, shower was hot, good water pressure. Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful! Well worth the money, will definitely stay here when I come back to visit my son!!

The suite was good. Roomy. The one thing that I didn't expect was the cost of having a pet. The Staff explained there was a cost for a pet but never told me how much. So I shocked when I got the bill. Oh and they bill you daily for the pet.

My husband is in a wheelchair and our handicap room was large and spacious. We were not expecting a full size fridge, dishwasher and cooktop but it was great. The roll in shower was big and comfortable. Our only minor complaint is that the bed was too tall for my husband to easily get in and out. But otherwise the bed was very comfortable.

No breakfast and horrible coffee was disappointing. Also, $35 fee for a dog is pretty ridiculous.

Everything was great about the property except that the beds are extremely firm. If you don’t like a firm bed I would pass on this place. Didn’t get much sleep.. I’m a stomach sleeper and the mattress hurt my rib cage and face.

This was our first time at a Candlewood Suites, and we were pleasantly surprised by it. The room was in excellent condition, modern and clean, and the little kitchen area with its electric 2-burner unit was great, letting us easily cook simple meals. The bed was very comfortable. We will be watching for Candlewoods in our future travels!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. The mirror outside the bathroom and the window (badly smudged) were not cleaned. The housekeeper's cart one morning was VERY loud and squeaky. That same housekeeper had her music playing loudly and was singing to it. The bed was too high for short people to get into. An extra fork, spoon, and knife or two would have been nice.

I was passing through and didn’t use any services, but the hotel was clean and my room had a full kitchen with a nice bed, spacious, clean, front desk was friendly. I did hear footsteps above me early morning, as this is a great place for workers on extended stay who rise early. I would recommend for an extended stay but not for one night, although it was fine for my one night stay.

First for this city being the capital I was very disappointed. Then the hotel was next to a business district not user friendly to restaurants. The lobby constantly smelled like someone took a dump there and I hated it every time I had to walk through. The room was nice but since this is a pet friendly hotel I found animal hair on our luggage after and my stocking feet. I know the trend now is to travel with your animals but what about those of us who have allergies. Back east they restrict some rooms for people like me. Also this was expensive compared to the other places I have stayed on this road trip. Overall I would never return

When we shared, we found out rubber mats were available.
