Room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were dirty clothes left behind previous customer. It got loud both mornings from other patrons

Our stay was good. Rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In the future, I would like to see cleaner, updated furniture. Also, the bathroom faucet (hot) was leaking a little.

What I didn't like was the language barrier with the housekeeping during the day. The housekeeper didn't comprehend and speak English.

Inside dated and getting very worn. White painted doors with black marks from so many hands. Furniture in breakfast area stained etc. Room appeared to be very clean. A few things that need attention but overall satisfactory for price.

The staff wasvery friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was nice eggs, sausage,bagels,toast,waffles oatmeal and a variety of muffins and scones.

Breakfast wasn't appealing, we tried it the first morning but chose to eat out the remainder of our stay.
Location was good. Not walkable because of the busy street but everything you could possibly need is 3-10 min drive.

This property needs to be updated and deep cleaned inside. The carpets are dirty in the hallways and room. The room smells and the bedding and furniture is worn. Even worse, we were forced to stay in a smoking room because they overbooked the hotel. I only stayed because I paid through Expedia and didn’t want the hustle of try to get my money back AND trying to find another hotel. Super poor quality for the price point.

Kendrick who was working night of check in and the last evening we were there was very friendly. He was helpful and kind to my teenage boys and gave our dog a treat. He had good recommendations as well when asked. The young lady that checked us out (didn’t catch her name) was also wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful in figuring out why there appeared to be an additional charge which really was not. She also gave us waters for our car ride home which we were grateful for.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and asked questions about our Dalmatian.

Good property. Staff very nice and helpful. Greeted with a smile. Acknowledged everyday we were there. Rooms were clean. Water could have been better but we survived. Quiet. We were on first floor. Breakfast was ok. Enough to get the day started. Bacon would have been good. We were very pleased with this hotel. Would go there again. Close to buschgardens/williamsburg and lots of other places . Thank you

It is a great location for us, with friendly staff, quiet, nice breakfast options, and clean. What more could you ask for?! Special thanks to Tuesday for accommodating some special needs and doing it with a smile!

My stay was great. However, I did have one issue where my room key didn't work. It appeared they disabled my room and perhaps checked me out 1 day earlier then my requested stay. So, a little fraustrating when you arrive at your hotel room at 2:30 AM, exhausted only to find your room key doesn't work.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The facility was clean with no foul odors. The only complaint was from my nephew that said the pool was small. He's 12....and it beat swimming in the toilet so he will just have to get over it. I would stay here again.

My review is all based on finding a loaded gun in my room.
On 7/5/24, a loaded gun was found by my kids in the bathroom. It was wrapped in a towel and when my daughter reached for the towel, the gun fell out of the towel onto the toilet and bounced onto the floor.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast options were also great. Storage space is also good. Bed was comfy. Cons for me are the condition of our room. Lamps were falling apart, door wasn't closing, shower area had cracks, etc.

My check in time was supposed be to be at 3pm, but the room was not ready so I had to wait and was not allowed to checkin until 4pm. Other than the room not being ready upon arrival, everything else was fine.

Our hotel room was on the third floor and it was also the top floor. So that was nice. We found it odd that there was a one inch gap under our door which let in the light from the hallway. Then noticed it was under all of the rooms. What was the reason for that?
