I stayed one night and had to check out in morning. Terrible experience ! Room was hot, n alarm went off around 1:00am. Went into hall n no one there, went back into room, but alarm was too loud! Tv not working n kudnt get anyone to check for me. So I checked out n went to Crowne Plaza next door !

The A/C only cooled to about 78°. The box fan we were offered wasn't an adequate substitute. No other rooms were available, so we just had to accept it. They discounted the room, but not enough to compensate for a sleepless night. The next night, they moved us to another room, not the premium room we had booked, and still paid for. Unfortunate. But I'd go back. It was just bad luck, mostly. I do feel they should have reduced the price of the second night.

While the property was somewhat clean and one of the front desk staff (a young man) was definitely accommodating, the overall experience was much less than adequate. Ea time you left a room you had to be re-keyed to re-enter. Management had issues with billing ??? On day 2 the front desk called the room to inform me that I was not authorized to be in one of the two rooms that I rented for a BR event (Thurs.-Mon). I travel extensively, both domestically and internationallyThis was my first and “definitely” my last stay at a Holiday Inn property.

The room was smaller than expected but it was very clean. The receptionist that checked us in was a sweetheart.

The room was not clean the first day of our stay. We left the room at 10; 00 am, but the maid personnel never doubled check the fact that we removed the no-disturb sign as we left.
apologies were given, but the hotel "promise" that you will not pay for any service not given appropriately was never taked seriously, even whe a forma complaint was given to the manager on duty.

Could hear highway noise from the 5th floor and there were noisy guests in the hallway. Not a quiet stay.

This was a very professionally staffed and maintained hotel. We had a great visit and were very comfortable!
Being on that access road, it seems inconvenient at first, but once you learn the route it's fine and really is a good location.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. It was very clean and service was out of this world. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff that was part of the breakfast area was completely amazing. I would definitely book again for my next stay in Baton Rouge!

Property was great, except the hotel over charged me double what my confirmation said. Tried to fix the mess up for 3 straight days but every time the front said it would correct over night but it didn’t. On Sunday morning my bill was double the amount, and the front desk said no way to change it and I would be charged full freight, even though I had email confirmation!! Very frustrating and disappointed because overall very good location.

It appeared to look nice, but when I took a second look in the lobby sitting area, the couches and chairs were dirty and soiled. They have a bug issue in the 2 rooms they put me in . The first room has a bug in my bed. The second room had a big pregnant roach crawling by the microwave area.. I told them at the front desk, I did not feel comfortable staying there at the Holiday Inn. They did not charge me and said that my money would be refunded in 7-10 business days.

Th front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The checkin went smoothly and fast. The property is well maintained. The room was clean with a pleasant odor. The bed was comfortable. The bartender was awesome and engaging, she worked with a sense of urgency. The food was hot and flavorful. The only issue I had was the electricity went out at 10pm and didn’t come back on until 5:30 am. There was no deduction from my stay and it was a $300 a night room with no lights or air due to a storm. But they did have lights in the hallway,

After a long drive from Texas, it was so pleasant to be greeted by the check in with Del at the front desk. Every aspect of my visit was so comfortable. My room was so clean and I’m a very particular person about this issue!

Really good hotel, nice and clean. Only problem was checkout was at 11 had sign on the door and cleaning lady didn’t knock or anything and tried to get in our room and it was only 8:50am. Thought the sign was to let them know you wasn’t ready for it to be cleaned.
