Nice looking hotel
Slow elevator and breakfast not included. Waitresses at breakfast have zero training on how to serve.

The beds are so comfortable. They give you 4 really nice pillows on each bed. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable of good local restaurants for you to try.
The bath room was a little smaller than normal but very clean.

My room was great. Front desk and bar staff were also fantastic. Not totally modern but a well maintained, clean facility with great rooms.
Only thing I can really ding them on is was the overpriced non-complimentary breakfast. The same bland, watery eggs that I'm happy to eat for free all day long ran me $17 here. I would have been better off grabbing some fast food on my way out of town. Also, the elevators are painfully slow. So slow that I still remember it almost 2 weeks later.

Breakfast was just ok…..nothing to brag about Location was good.
Room furniture was old, worn and dirty. Phone in room B did not work. Television on wall faced down and would not adjust. No hot water. Room was on 1st floor next to maintenance room which they began using at 5:30am. Staff was ok but could do nothing about situation as we booked the room through booking.com

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first trip last year i needed the heat and it didn’t work-my family and I froze!!! I needed 2 beds and got one…… this time i needed the air conditioning and it was broke. They tried to comp me with a few free drinks but i don’t drink… i did end up getting a free breakfast voucher. When maintenance came up to Check my unit he verified it was broken and volunteered to bring me a portable unit. Then went downstairs and CLOCKED OUT AND LEFT!!!’n

I enjoyed the breakfast, employees were very professional and friendly, overall, would recommend.
The only con would be that the inform pool was not heated.

Downstairs area was nice with lots of cool places to lounge
It took us 30 minutes to check in at 1am. Walked into a line of 7 different people. It should not take that long.. also the hotel was not clean or up to holiday inn standards. The room had nice furniture but otherwise was gross. In our specific unit you couldn’t even open up the bathroom door completely without hitting the toilet. Would never stay here again.

I liked the aesthetic of the lobby.
Breakfast isn’t included automatically in the price I don’t mind paying for it just would like to know you have to pay separately for it.
