Excellent location for visiting Dubrovnik. Steps to the Old Town and to the beautiful bays.

A great stay, perfectly situated just outside the old city within 1 min walk. Room was great although there was a squeaky floor board above us which was annoying when the guest above walked about late at night but otherwise would happily come back and highly recommend 👍

This apartment hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik. It is about a block away from the Pile Gate but also off the main street so you don't have to contend with crowds or noise outside your door. We took the bus from the ferry terminal and it dropped us off within a 3-minute walk to the hotel. The self-check-in instructions were very easy to follow. Our unit was on the top floor so there were a lot of narrow steep stairs (to be expected in Europe). There is a ground-floor unit if stairs aren't your thing. The unit was clean and the bathroom area appeared newly renovated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the implements you need to make a meal. There are a couple of small grocery stores about two blocks away. Many dining options are within a 2-minute walk. The room was a little smaller than what we had envisioned from the online pictures but we were comfortable in the space. Our unit had a Murphy bed which was fine for us but it wasn't as comfortable as a normal bed. You may want to request a unit without a Murphy bed if you are a sensitive sleeper. We didn't hear any noise from the street during the night. The AC worked well and there was always plenty of hot water. The reception ladies were really friendly and helpful. We used the hotel's transportation service to get to the airport and it was seamless and reasonably priced.

Clean, quiet, close to old town, the fortress and Mount Srd. Lovely coffee bar in a beautiful cove nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. The instructions on how to get to the property need updating.

Great stay!

We really loved the location, and the staff was really friendly and kind. In the apartment there was a lot of noise from the apartment upstais and a window to the street could not be closed, which also gave a lot of noise. In the pictures there was a sofa but in the real apartment there were only chairs. We needed more hooks to hang wet towels and clothes.

Prime location, close to Old Town and cute bars, restaurants, and beaches. Management very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

This was an amazing moment in Miro's Studio Apartment. The arrival was easy, the focal point was amazing, friendly, taking care, and ready to help. The studios are well equipped, and we had amazing nights. the location is great and easy to access

The 2 bedroom apartment was great, spacious with everything you could need. Fantastic location, right in the centre of the old town, with no steps to reach the building (there are some inside as the apartment is on the third floor). All this made things really easy to get about with a small child and a pushchair. As it is a central location and above a pizzeria on the square there is some noise in the evening, but it didn’t last until late into the night. The team were warm and welcoming with great communication. Thank you for a great stay, we would certainly recommend the apartment.

Good property in excellent location.

This was an incredible studio as central as you can be to the old town without being within the hectic walls. We had a stunning view of the fort and harbour from our room which made it all that extra bit more special. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re staying in Dubrovnik I don’t believe there’s anywhere better than here!

Book it!! This is the perfect location to visit the old town Dubrovnik. Really nice clean place with all basic kitchen necessities. Don't look any more just book it as it is perfect location close to old city, restaurants, grocery store, bus stop. Perfect to spend a day and come back to change and go out for a nice dinner. We were on the top floor which has a nice view of the bay but be aware it is a lot of steps and no help to get our bags up past afternoon.

This little corner of Dubrovnik is an absolute gem, just outside the old town. The location could not be better. Studio was spotless, modern & had everything we needed. Hosts were very professional and friendly, from communicaton before our trip, to airport transfer to check in and throughout our stay. Would stay here again for sure.

Very nice place! The location is perfect as it is at the Pile Gate, entrance to the old city and meeting place for the tours. Staff was great, drop off luggage is available and they are very accommodating for early check in/late check out if permitted based on their booking. Strongly recommend!

This property was in an excellent location with all sites of interest within walking distance. Plenty of delicious food options nearby as well as a food market. Isabelle was very easy to communicate with via text, Marija was pleasant and came to check on us the first day and gave us lots of travel tips. Airport transfer was coordinated for us and was so easy. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. A/C and a Smart TV were a definite plus especially for our kids! The location is in a prime location next to two great restaurants so there is some noise going into the night, but this was not too much of an issue for us and the kids were able to fall asleep just fine.

Excellent location just a 2 min walk outside gate. Very quiet. Stairs only inside building, be mindful with heavy luggage. Room is large, clean, and convenient with fully equipped kitchen, great air conditioning, and many toiletries. My issue is with the fold out Murphy bed, I found it uncomfortable because of the bar that runs across the middle of bed. Otherwise everything was great

Super friendly staff. Very nice and clean. Location was perfect!! 2 minutes walk from old city center but still close enough so we didnt have to carry our luggage far. We stayed for 3 night and we loved it. Definitely coming back.

This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful place. Every day was an awesome adventure. The receptionist was so helpful in so many ways. Perfect apartment in a truly magical place.

Amazing location. Very clean. Really helpful staff. Only improvements would be some tea and coffee in the room and the hot water lasting a little longer!
