Perfect location for travelers and property had easy access.

Great option when arriving late or departing early. Also a good alternative when the downtown hotels are fully booked and it is ok with S-bahn or taxi ride.

The air conditioner was broken and the flusher for toilet also was extremely slow. They did not think about giving us the water we drank in the room because it was so warm for free. Not the kind of customer service you would expect for the upscale room we booked

I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the high-quality toiletries to the fresh, crisp linens was top-notch. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated—close enough to the Hamburg Terminal.

This place was quiet, and the room was stylish and comfortable. Dinner was expensive but good quality. I liked being able to walk safely to the terminal along a marked path in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

One little desk for check in with long line. The reception desk has 4 stations but nobody was there. No eating or drinking available until 5pm. Even then, service was bad, people waiting at the bar and bartender disappeared for quite some time. Not what you expect from a Radisson Blu

It was a Radisson 😊 always very clean, very friendly and good staff, airconditioning was broken in our room and only threw out ice cold air, they gave us a small heater for the room which worked but still you pay good money for a room at the Radisson so should of been better, we ate in the restaurant friendly staff tho food (fettuccine Norma, and Smash Burger) was a bit tasteless, wouldnt eat there again. Would stay at hotel again.

We had an early flight out of Hamburg and decided to stay here to not have to stress in the morning. All the Radisson Blu properties are great, we ended up staying in the Urban Suite, mostly on accident, I had booked a "family room" and this is what we got. I think it's bigger than our old apartment. Cool view overlooking the airport, and a 4 minute walk to our check in in the morning. One downside, there isn't alot around the hotel, unless you walk to the terminal for food or shopping. It's a great spot to stay one night before or after a flight, but not practical for a long stay if you're interested in seeing Hamburg. My only complaint, in the spa/fitness area on the 5th floor, there is a step up right as you walk in the door. I never saw it, and absolutely decimated my toe (I think it's actually broken). Seems like it's a bad design. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Great airport hotel. Came for the Euro 2024 final and was perfect as an overnight base for the trip to Berlin. Location next to terminal, easy to catch public transport into town, complimentary fruits, snacks and drinks were well received as we arrived late night, staff really friendly, rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Would definitely use again.

A quick but nice stay. Great accommodations at the airport when you're tired and have been travelling all day. Friendly staff, great breakfast selection. Certainly will stay here again!

Fantastic stay, very quick walk from airport. Perfect for early flights

This is a great option if you have an early flight out of Hamburg airport. It's literally a 1-minute walk over a bridge to get to the terminal. On top of that, the hotel is clean and modern. We've stayed there multiple times and likely will again as it's the only hotel in walking distance of the airport. We've never tried the restaurant downstairs, but there is a good supermarket in the airport in case you just want to get some basics to eat in your room.

Great property. I had some issues locating where the lobby was from the airport. I don't think there are any notices that the entrance is on top floor. We went to the other floors, saw a door, but it must have been an employee entrance. More signage would be helpful.

Took 15 minutes to check in as only 1 person on check in desk. After checking in, spent 20 minutes getting ignored at the bar (dirty glasses everywhere) whilst rude locals pushed in to pay their restaurant bills… gave up on the bar in the end and went to bed (the free beer token isn’t worth Jack if you don’t get served). Place seems massively understaffed…. Room was lovely and modern but service was crap.

Great for a layover journey or early flight from the airport. Small but clean gym (no treadmill?), clean rooms and nice bathroom. Walking distance to airport around 3 minutes, would stay again.

It was so convenient to walk off the plane and right across the pedestrian bridge to the hotel. Hard to beat!

Overall the location is great. I was a little taken aback when the receptionist said I shouldn't have walked away from the automatic kiosk after it said there were no rooms available, even though I had a reservation. It appeared no one was able to use the kiosks to successfully check-in. I also wish the tubs were a little more accommodating, they're pitched like a black diamond ski slope. All in all, the location is perfect for early flights. One of my top 5 airport hotels!

I booked the hotel because of its proximity to the airport and public transportation, but also because of the sauna. Upon arrival, I was told that the sauna was still under repair, two weeks after the hotel website announce that these renovations would be completed. I was not offered a partial refund, nor anything else. Additionally, I did not receive the VIP benefits or a room upgrade.
