Was great. Clean and modern hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Great stop over to break up a long journey from Scotland. Easy check-in, with parking sorted easily. The room was far superior to what i was expecting for the price, especially the bathroom.

This hotel is on a motorway service station, but don't let that put you off. It is clean, tidy, good breakfast, spotless rooms and a good bar. I would certainly use again. As an added extra M&S, Greggs within metres on the entrance so no shortage of food or drink available.

Excellent stay while travelling to North.

Stayed here as an overnight. Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, great nights sleep.

It’s a service station hotel, so did not have high expectations. However, it was well kept and convenient. Breakfast wasn’t the best I’d seen at a hotel but it was suffice. Overall a decent stay.

Excellent stop off from journey

Very convenient and numerous options in the service station to eat. Staff at the reception area were excellent and room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Was slightly disappointed with one aspect - we had booked a family room and clearly stated we were travelling with a 4 year old. We arrived and the sofa bed/extra bed was not made up so had to ask reception and wait over for bedding to be provided. Not a major issue as it was rectified but not ideal when travelling with a tired child to just needed to go to bed

We arrived early for check-in and got to our room with no problem. The room was very clean and warm enough. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast £10 if booked inadvance.11.50 if booked on the day. free parking. A few food outlets nearby

Pet friendly

We enjoyed this stay, as everything was exactly as described on the site. No problems, comfy, clean room, excellent customer service. Just what we needed.

A bit warm in the room.

The hotel room provided was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is provided in the mornings, however thete is no hotel restaurant. There are the usual fast food outlets as with most motorway service stations, available in the food court.

Very affordable hotel at a motorway service station. Comfortable bed, clean, a good breakfast and a bar open until midnight. Perfect for exploring Wetherby, Harewood House and Harrogate. Would definitely return!

Construction noise

Overall it's clean and the presentation of the rooms and hotel are surprisingly good. The negatives left a bad taste in terms of the quite blunt and unwelcoming manager on duty in the evening. I got the impression he's not happy in his job. Had to change rooms as they weren't set for family correctly. The rooms are nice but very hot and there is no air con. Declined to have breakfast as it was on the pricey side for a budget hotel of this type at £12, and I looked at it in the morning and it wasnt very appealing ( cheap looking sausages etc.) so glad I skipped it. Alcohol in the bar was very pricey. e.g. a small can of Campden IPA was £5.10. There is a Greggs right outside so just do that instead for breakfast and if you want alcohol you can get it from WH Smith more affordably and drink in your room. No alcohol allowed from off premises in hotel lobby. Good that parking is free.

Everything was meh. Issue is the bed felt like i was sleeping on a concrete floor it was so uncomfortable and woke up with terrible back pain! Definitely will not be back.

Due to your failure to confirm the booking at the time we made it or within a reasonable time thereafter we had made alternative arrangements and had to cancel. We asked that you send a copy of the confirmation you claimed you had sent at the time but this request was ignored. I have tried to complain about your service but it is impossible to do this. Your service is disgraceful and we shall ensure everyone we know will be made aware of this.
