Checked in last night to a grumpy receptionist. Called down to order food to the room and was treated like a total inconvenience.
Some type of vent beside my room which meant I did not sleep at all. Mentioned it at checkout but no apologies. Would not stay again!

Julia was fantastic! Very kind and accommodating. Was able to help get my wife a spa therapy/massage on her birthday on short notice. She really made our stay wonderful. Please tell her thank you from Rich and Damaris :-)

Perfect little gem of a boutique hotel. The room was absolutely charming and comfortable. The breakfast was superb as was the colorful dining area. We loved everything about this hotel, which made our vacation extra special. Warm and welcoming staff too!

Check-in was easy and Julia was helpful and gave us some recommendations. Room was tastefully decorated and I was pleased to have a bathtub after traveling almost 3 months. They had some lovely homemade bath salts as well! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

An absolutely adorable little boutique hotel ideally located and convenient for our road trip around Ireland. Lots of attention to detail and full of charm. Super friendly/helpful staff greet you and make certain your needs are met throughout your stay. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us.

Outstanding location and quality place with lovely rooms. I didn’t get chance to eat breakfast but did eat in the restaurant and that was nice. Staff were very helpful and there’s free limited parking in a secured compound across the road.

Last minute decision to stay in Limerick. Stumbled on this jewel. Only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. No time to enjoy the spa but the bar and breakfast were lovely. The staff was wonderful from the start. We were weary from a very long day. They were gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Will recommend to friends and family.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 1Pery Square. The hotel is tastefully furnished and decorated. The soundproof windows and comfy bed ensured I had a good sleep. The staff, in particular Alessio were very helpful and welcoming. It smells great too - the scent of aromatherapy oils can be detected
throughout the hotel.

If you’re planning on staying in Limerick…this is an absolute gem! Adorable boutique hotel with a full day spa. Beautifully appointed throughout. Our room was simply devine. And the breakfast which was included was delicious. Our favorite hotel from our trip starting in Donegal and ending in Cork.

This place is a delight, the location is perfect for walking to all areas of the city. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms very comfortable. Thank you.

Beautiful property! We have been staying in 4stars across Ireland but this definitely was the nicest. Was a real treat to stay here at the end of our trip as we are getting tired and the room was very comfortable with a beautiful tub. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Truly fantastic!!! The team were totally welcoming - impressive! They were helpful throughout. While I loved Julia - all staff were excellent. The rooms = superb!!!! If you have a choice - pick the Park Room!!! It’s beautiful!
