Very nice flat approx 15 minutes walk from Princes Street. It’s in a nice neighbourhood and felt very safe. The flat was clean, warm and comfortable.

Good location. Convenient check-in. Comfortable furniture, good kitchen. Not far from the old town (30 minutes walk) or 7 minutes by taxi. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Nice apartment, great location

Apartment is on 2nd floor with car parking space in nearby courtyard. The apartment is a good size, clean, with two bathrooms and a kitchen. The Royal Mile was about a 20 min walk (about the same to Waverley train station/Princess st. Key collection instructions on the welcome email are good but it would have helped if they also shared the apartment map location on the welcome email

Spotless clean , very well maintained and equipped , silent place , I think they could do no more for guests . Wonderful , thank you !

Nice spacious apartment, clean and modern decor. Was perfect for our family break in Edinburgh, good location being easy walk to central areas and free parking for the car.

Very clean, modern, well serviced apartments in a quiet residential location with a safe, private car park. Within easy walking distance of Princes Street. Co-op just around the corner. An abundance of restaurants along the walk to Princes Street.

The property as a two bed flat had all the amenities of home. We drove to Edinburgh so the free allocated off street parking was fantastic. In terms of location the apartment was excellent within a 20 min walk of all the major sites.

Good location not far from the centre and train, bus links. Supermarkets and restaurants all within a few minutes walk.

Location is within walking distance to city centre. The apartment is clean and equipped with a full-size kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and etc.

This apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Edinburgh. The walk to waverly station area was about 20minutes of brisk walking. But not bad. Seemed to be very safe. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect for some snacks and breakfast each day. We were very pleased with everything. The only thing given that it’s an air bnb- no where to store luggage if not leaving early. We stored at the bus station since it was cheaper than waverly station. 10am check out is a bit early. 11 or 12 would have been more sufficient. Only two large towels are provided to you in this apartment. There were three of us- so we had to share towels. We did ask for more- but reception was closed on the weekend- said we would get some Monday- but housekeeping never brought any. So request more before you arrive! In all- we would stay again.

Arrived at the apartment and was pleasantly surprised how spacious it was. All the beds were made up, there were two large bedrooms one with en suite, a second family bathroom. A large dining kitchen that had complimentary tea and coffee and a lounge with tv and 2nd dining table. The apartment was clean and can say that we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is very close to the centre but far enough not to be noisy so I’d say it was perfect. We had a 20 minute stroll which we enjoyed as Edinburgh is a great City to explore that got us right into the centre. Anyone staying please take note of the parking info that you get on arrival ensuring that you park at the back of the apartments and not the front or you’ll get a ticket. The only slight negative that I would say (and I’m being picky) is the windows and patio doors would benefit from having voils fitted as we were on the ground floor and when then curtains were open you could see in. Other than that very happy!

The apartments are well located just off leith walk. Inside they are clean and well presented. Aged looking in some places but a good option for those looking for larger accommodations in edinburgh.

The twin beds suited us perfectly for that, and the place is very quiet. We all slept a full eight hours and wished we could stay another night. Edinburgh requires more time. The only downside--and it isn't much of one--is having to pick up the key at a spot a couple of blocks away. The instructions for that could be more clear. Otherwise, A+. Thanks for a great soft landing!

Close to city centre, few minutes walk away, very comfortable and got everything you need, free parking

It was an overnight stay while celebrating a birthday in Edinburgh. Apartment was clean and roomy. Plenty space for the 5 people staying. Took about 20 -25 minutes to walk up to Princes Street. Would recommend to friends.

The apartment and location were good, heating had been put on for our arrival. It's a fairly quiet area a short walk away from the theatre, restaurants and shops. There was a fair bit of noise from apartment next door on the first night. The en-suite shower was difficult to switch on but once on it had one temp, scalding hot!!!! The over bath shower was easier to use but it would run through the full range of temps without assistance. The kitchen was pretty well equipped apart from a fish slice which made turning the fried eggs a tad difficult. Other than those minor points I'd recommend the apartments as they are clean, spacious and cosy. Almost a home from home!!!
