You HAVE to be able to do stairs. Staff was super friendly - saw them only once as we missed breakfast both mornings due to travel. Amazing view out our window, felt safe, room was comfortable and big for two of us. Would def stay again.

The place is OK. Not like the pictures. Rooms are clean.The mattresses not good quality. Before booking it wasn’t disclosed the extreme amount of steps to get there, had I known that I would have booked something on the main road so it wouldn’t be as exhausting to get there. The place is nice but it looks that it has seen better days. Abandoned ladder next to the room, missing furniture from pictures, exterior paint, breakfast set up, the furniture and breakfast area look pretty worn down and so does the staff. They are tired , they would talk about it when we had breakfast. They also charged me for water we didn’t drink, little things like that. No, I would not stay here again and I loved Positano!

Great property with amazing staff. Everyone was welcoming. It’s a few minute walk from the road, but be prepared to walk in Positano!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Teresa. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor was cute and we liked that we had a patio with a nice view. We could easily access the main road. Staff was friendly, breakfast was similar to a continental breakfast in the USA. The hot water in the shower didn’t always work but it was so hot outside, we didn’t mind. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay, amazing property and room.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Enzo was the most helpful person. Our flight got delayed and we missed our first night got in the next day and decided to stay an extra night so we could enjoy the amalfi coast ravello blue grotto, and isle of capri. We wouldn’t have been able to get it all in without an extra day. Enzo made that happen a wonderful experience for sure. But those stairs are something else

They didn’t cover the parking and we pay €50 per day .you need to pay €15 for lift each luggage 350 steps to the gate when you arrive and when you leave. My sister asked for a little olive oil at breakfast in the country of olive oil and they didn’t bring they said no. The owners are not so nice with the guests. Positano is one of the most beautiful places in Italy . Next time we will choose another place more kind for sure.

This property was nice ! Is near everything. Especially the TikTok popular places. The room was okay it was old fashioned and it looks a lot like the Positano vibes with the lemons and unique designs. My partner absolutely loved this place he’s more into the old fashioned vibes and I like more modern stuff. The staff here is incredible! They will help you with anything, especially enzo.

Family owned the hospitality was wonderful! Location was excellent And rooms where clean! Will definitely come back

Large room and very helpful owners

Loved our stay at Hotel Casa Teresa. Room was nice and big with a terrace and lovely view of Positano. Staff was also very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend using a porter for your bags if arriving via ferry.

Property was very cute and cozy, with a nice view of the other side of positano ( not the main centre ) . It involved a lot of stairs from the port , with no offering of luggage service delivery . We carried our luggage for a long time before we got there without much guidance beforehand . Room was cute breakfast was nice but could have better services for guests such as luggage pickup with communication prior to arrival .

It is a very cute hotel and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the patio was delightful. It is a walk from the ferry - about 25 minutes uphill so if I was to do it again I would have paid the 15euros to have our luggage brought up (even though it was just carryon).

A beautiful and quaint hotel on the cliffs in Positano. The family who runs it is so welcoming and very helpful. Mornings are amazing. Breakfast on the terrace. We can’t wait to come back!

Well located -/ Positano has stairs. Lots of them. Be in shape. The owner will make arrangements. Pro tip: use the porter service @ 15€ per bag to go from port to hotel. The little wheels on luggage is useless. Property was cool, comfortable and near restaurants. Easy walk down to the main town square. In room mini bar is a bargain.

Quiet and clean property overlooking the sea. Make sure to connect with the property manager before showing up. There are a lot of stairs to reach the reception and you might not have to go all the way down there. Just WhatsApp the number given to avoid confusion.

Beautiful classic Mediterranean decor and delightful staff.

Casa Teresa was in a convenient location. It was clean and today. A lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace. No staff around during the day to ask questions but they always answered text messages. I would stay there again, and recommen to others.

The property is very nice and clean. There is a good breakfast served in the morning. Enzo is excellent with helping to get transportation as well as a porter to assist with luggage.
