the location is perfect, the fact that we are far from the population but also close with the car is perfect. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly. The view was absolutely great and we got great bedroom.
The restaurant is kind of expensive, even though it’s good and heavy, it’s very expensive and if you don’t have a car or anything to go eat anywhere else it can easily cost a lot.

I thought the breakfast was very poor. The orange juice not good and plenty of food but greasy and fatty looking not much taste the girl serving was pleasant and helpful.

The views from this hotel are unbelievable. It is surrounded by many fantastic walking and biking trails. Bedroom was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Food was very good also.
Stayed in room 101. The water was, in my opinion, dangerously hot coming from the shower. We could not turn down the heat. We reported it to the staff who came straight away and adjusted it. Unfortunately turning the controls next time sent it back up to a high temperature.

Très bel hôtel situé en plein cœur des montages Galtees avec une vue incroyable; et une pléthore de chemins de randonnée à explorer! Dommage que nous n'avons pas eu davantage de temps pour le faire ^_^
La chambre est très agréable, confortable et lumineuse; avec tout le confort annoncé. L'ensemble de l'établissement est magnifiquement aménagé et décoré.

Ease of check in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very nice in the restaurant. The room was clean and adequately sized.
The hotel is old and shows signs of it as its out dated. There was a wedding on at the time and they take over the only bar in the hotel making it uncomfortable for guests not attending the wedding.

The staff was great, food is good and location is just beautiful.
There was no bottle water in the rooms, the shower did not work on the day of my Mom's burial which was very upsetting and on my last day the kettle did not work.

Aucune vue par la fenêtre, nous étions collés à un mur végéta. Peu de lumière. Petit déjeuner peu élaboré en dehors de de l'Irish breakfast.

Jedzenie, pokój, nie sprawnie działającą toaleta, nigdy w życiu nikomu bym nie poleciła i nigdy już tam nie pojadę chyba że posiedzieć na tarasie - na zewnątrz!. Żadnego jedzenia dla wegetarian, dwa mięsne dania do wyboru - bez glutenu w tym jedno bardzo pikantne. Myślę że hotel nie ma żadnej konkurencji w pobliżu. Więc miernota może się wydawać w porządku. Dla mnie zdecydowanie hotel na NIE!

Lovely hotel with amazing views of the Galteemore Mountains. Very old world & beautifully maintained. The food was amazing & the staff were lovely.

I didn't like how the supervisor/manager spoke to the staff that were on the day. He was very rude and didn't help out in anyway when it was busy
