There was no warm water aviabale for showering for 3 days

This hotel is very funny no safe in the room from early morning all the Clener out side make lots of noise you can’t sleep at all during the day and night lots of noise from the street don’t book this hotel you will be very sorry

The rooms are bare and outdated. Its old and not very clean. Bad part of town and very noisy. They had several parties that went to 1am whole we were there for 4 nights and it was so loud we couldnot sleep

Stayed at the property 3 years ago and was very good, but this time I booked it also for convenience close to the hospital, but the service has gone down a lot. Lady at check-in saw a booking mistake and corrected it by charging extra for my kid, but I had to remain in same room with a lousy and noisy extra bed. Next day the guy at counter told me there was no problem changing rooms in the afternoon but when I got back same lady with bad attitude said there was no rooms to change me into. I changed hotel after that and never going back. noisy room lousy breakfast bad attitude. Not recomended except for athletes

Good for a brief stay as long as you don't need access to WiFi. Connectivity on both WiFi and Cellular was terrible, but the WiFi was especially bad inside the room. Had to step out the hallway to get a good enough connection for basic phone calls. The party on the rooftop resounded throughout the hotel until well passed midnight, which made it more difficult to sleep.

The breakfast has no varieties, always the same. They do not offer room services. Lots of people who seem to be outside the hotel in the lobby or using the parking lot. hot water is not 24 hours

I had high expectations having stayed in Tryp hotels in many countries and was a bit disappointed. The check in staff were exceptionally helpful tying up two one night reservations with different agencies and the coffee shop and bar adjacent was an oasis whilst this was happening. efficient lifts, clean surroundings in corridors but room a disappointment- tired looking, no safe, no cup or glass, poor lighting, disco until 1am and concrete hammering at 07.00 am. breakfast again ordinary- however parking underneath at rear super (I arrived on a day when Medellin FC were playing at home and got a space with no problem once they knew I was a guest). high floors facing stadium have gr8 views. walk to Metro Estadion station in 7 or 8 minutes. to access you must buy a Civica card for COP 10,000 (about two USD) plus a single ticket at about COP 3500 - if you don’t exit the system you can ride all day, including all but one of the cable cars, for a single ticket (the other cable car is 25,000 plus round trip - ouch!)

It’s an ok hotel. The lounge is nice. The hot tub only opens from 10am to 5 pm and needs to be reserved. The food at the restaurant is bad. The employees are nice.

The room pictures displayed on the hotel’s website do not correspond to reality (or at least the room I got). The window sills in my room were all cracked up and crumbling. The walls were dirty, the towels yellowish and the shower head had a huge leak. The lobby was always crowded with people.
