Det vi ikke likte her var restauranten, denne lå på taket og vi hadde store forventninger da vi kom opp, men restaurant var kun en simpel uteplass med en veldig enkel meny. Tydelig forfalt vedlikehold, da isolasjon fra taket hang delvis ned som hadde løsnet. Vi spiste kun en gang på denne plassen. Hotellet hadde lite gjester, ingen bar eller fellesområder, vi var stort sett alene i basseng. Hotell ligger for langt unna den rene stranden med ca 2 km. For å komme dit må du ta taxi, for det finnes ikke noe fortau, du må gå i veibanen med livet som innsats. What we did not like here was the restaurant, this one was on the roof and we had great expectations when we got up, but the restaurant was just a simple patio with a very simple menu. Clearly overdue maintenance, as the insulation from the ceiling partially hung as it had loosened. We only ate once in this place. The hotel had little guests, no bar or public areas, we were mostly alone in the pool. Hotel is too far away from the clean beach with about 2 km. To get there, you have to take a taxi because there is no sidewalks, you have to go on the road with your life as an effort. Summary: Great big rooms, but no fasalities and located on the edge of what it should do

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment at BayCliff and was terribly disappointed with the condition of the building and apartment. We had a 1 year old baby with us. Had to walk up and down ramps and stairs with our luggage and change 2 elevators to get to the apartment. We were shocked to see that our apartment was right next to a slump where squatters were residing. This made us feel unsafe. Building had a musky smell and the pool had dead insects. Air con in rooms were noisy and the living room sofa was torn. Furniture looked old and toilets were not clean. Floor was sticky. Next morning, there was no water supply at all. We could not get ready to go out and wasted the morning trying to get this sorted out. We were told that they were buying the water and not sure what time it would reinstate. Then the cleaner came to "clean" the room. She went into the bedrooms to remove the bedsheet, simply turn it the other way wrong and used the other side.This was the last straw and we confronted the frontdesk to get them to change our room. They then moved us to another apartment in the next building which looked much newer and cleaner. Thankfully, the new apartment was great and we enjoyed ourselves. This saved our entire holiday. Otherwise, our holiday would have been ruined. I will not recommend BayCliff residence. If I had known that it differed so much from the pictures, I would have booked The Privilege (buillding next door belonging to same company) instead.

Found the staff to be very pleasant, and very helpfull. Hotel peacefull and comfortable, but all the decor and fittings were "tired", and in need of sprucing up. Position wise it was fine, set back from the road so quiet, but only a short walk from road and taxis. No decent beach for about 1/2 mile walk.

I stay in one bed room, a spacious apartment with adequate amenities. Theres 2 rounds free shuttles to Patong beach (one way going). However a fitness is a bit outdated and few sunbeds at a rooftop swimming pool are decrepit. Quiet location is good for couples. A minimart is located 200 m walking on the side of road : some parts has no footpath; be careful. Overall I like the place that is value stay.

Overall the stay great, beds are really comfort. Nearby have bikes for rental. Free Wifi. Need to clean our own cutlery if not there will an extra charges. :)

The rooms are on the old side. Beware of possibly having creepy neighbors. Ceiling leaked a slow cold drip above the bathtub. The maid ignored the do not disturb sign and came right into the bathroom as I was taking a bath. The place is too far from Patong. I'd try a better place if I were you.

Great great apartment. Big and very clean. Staff was though late with the checkin which is bad when u just travelled a 1000 km with children. Not the best front desk service. Hotel - a lot of walking as it is on a hill.

I have stayed here 5 times in 2 years and consider this place my home away from home (San Diego). The entire staff very accommodating and a special "Thank you" to Patty at reservations for her quick assistance to an error I made booking through Expedia.

Nice apartment, spacious, great bathroom, good kitchen. Good infinity, lap pool. Quiet spot out of Patong centre but close to bay front. Easy taxi into Patong but nice restaurants across road. Only negative was room cleaning was a bit lax, particularly bathroom surfaces and accessories need a good scrub. Overall great value and recommended

From the very start reception proved to be dedicated to Guest welfare. This became very apparent with all the Staff we had contact with, it seemed nothing was to much trouble and carried out with a sincere smile. The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable. Will return at some time in the future to enjoy the view of the bay and the friendly atmosphere.

The only place with a good 3 bedder for 6 of us.

Pretty good, recommend staying there. Nothing super amazing but nothing much to complain about. Good value. Plumbing was the main negative as the hot water was inconsistent. Shower heads wouldn't hold upright. However apartment pretty nice and good distance from Patong beach. About 300 baht taxi away. Good view if you get ocean front.

The view from the apartment is fantastic. The room is what is described in the pictures, its clean, 3 spacious bedrooms, it has a plunge pool. The only problem I faced was that it was a little far from Bangla street and the beach hence everytime you want to go to the beach you have to pay ~200baht. Rest its an absolutely awesome place for a large family of 5-6 ppl.
