I had excellent experience staying in this hotel. The room was nice and clean and most important the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great location just two minutes from the beach. Yes the hotel is a little dated but for me is more important the cleanliness the location and the staff and to these three I can give 5 stars. Definitely I will return the next time that I will visit Las Palmas.

Not easy to park due to mamy musical concert but was ok at the end.

Loved my room and the service was excellent, the hotel was really close to the best beach and some good places to have coffee. The winebar on the same street was a favourite.

This property is area wise on a great spot, 1min walking to the beach and the boulevard with restaurants etc.
Bedlinnen needs updating and in the summer airco’s would be a welcome change.
Overall I would rate this hotel fair.

Our rooms had no view, just of a tube, we were not allowed to change rooms, breakfast you get what you are given, the beds were so hard we all ended up with back pain, receptionists were nice, but overall the hotel is in a good place but will not be staying there again.

A lovely, clean hotel with generous sized rooms at a very reasonable price. Really friendly staff. I like the small bar / cafe as locals pop in for a coffee, not just guests, so it doesn’t feel touristy. Good location.

Spacious rooms and a central location. There is some noice from the streets outside. Helpful and serviceminded staff. Overall good value for money. Will most likely stay there again.

Perfect lication, in the heart of Las Palmas, seconds from the beach, bars and restaurants. Clean, friendly and accomodating staff, all amenities provided in the rooms, TV, hairdryer, safe, fridge etc Althought the hotel is a little dated, you cant fault it for value for money.

Rooms were really clean and bright, excellent bedding, plugs near the bed. Reception desk was amazing (especially Sara), Breakfast average. Internet was working good. At nights area was calm, while still very close to beach and dining places. Also very close to the central bus station - walkable distance from / to airport bus stop.
Only the thing I did not like - there was no AC and ventilators were not always enough.

The Hotel is just a minute from the beach Las Canteras. It has comfortable beds and is quiet. No air conditioning though which in heat times might be a draw back. But a fan was provided. Friendly reception. Would stay again.

A friendly 2 star hotel with perfect location. 50 meters from the beach and Las Canteras promenade, 10 minutes walk from the airportbus at Santa Catalina bus station.

This is a lovely family run hotel and they are very welcoming and polite. The rooms are very clean and it has a nice vibe.

Location is fantastic, friendly staff, clean rooms, a bit outdated interior, fridges not cooling very well, need mirrors in the rooms (only in bathroom), overall very satisfied.

Amazing hotel, friendly and helpful staff, next to the beach. The breakfast is offered in the cafe next door for 5 euros a person. The Las Canteras beach is just amazing. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the Guagua bus station. Catch the Guagua bus to get to the airport. Lost of food and shopping options are available around the hotel.

This was a cute little hotel, but not fancy. The small cafe attached did breakfast which was pretty basic. The cafe staff were friendly, but pretty disorganized. Front desk staff were all friendly, but not overly so. The beds were comfortable and there was a fan in the room as well as a small fridge. The location is fabulous and the value was good. I would stay again.

Stayed at this nice hotel in Las Palmas, just 50 meters from the popular Las Canteras Beach. The hotel have big room, good beds and friendly staff!

The mattress protector was to small for the bed and a tendency to crease up, a small thing but would increase rating if addressed. Hotel is conveniently situated between the beach front and the harbour

Situated very close to Beach and Port this hotel was excellent value. Within a short walk you were on the flat promenade where the cafes and restaurants were plenty, catering for all tastes. The Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant they spoke very good English and liked us trying out our very limited Spanish. All in all I would recommend this hotel.
