My wife and I had a wonderful time here. The staff were super helpful and all the amenities were superb

The hotel was very nice and modern. The breakfast was excellent abs kitchen staff was very helpful with answering my wurst as my daughter had did allergies. I was impressed that they even had a small bar. The beds were a little soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference.

Fabulous stay in every way. We live outside of Asheville and our hometown was uninhabitable. We had our three year old grandson with us. Everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcomed.
Breakfast is wonderful, the entire hotel is very clean. We will stay again.

Stay here to go to horse shows at the James B Hunt arena. Hotel is close to show grounds and many food or store options. Glad it is pet friendly. Very clean and quiet. Lots of space in the big rooms.

Staff was polite but not very informative or helpful. We had elevator and smoke alarm maintenance during our stay in the building. A sign on our door said perhaps they would enter our room, even if occupied! But when I asked at the front desk what does that mean they just said probably won't happen and the sign was one they use every year...then 2 days later whole hotel was awakened at 6:30 am by smoke alarms...no explanation ever given when we were allowed to re enter hotel.
Location was great off freeway, close to airport, gas, and McDonald's. Room was basic but overall clean enough.

The entire staff were friendly and accommodating to every need. Check in/out unsurpassed in hospitality and efficiency. Will be staying here again several time over the next few months. Would recommend.

Went to a show at Walnut Creek then had to pick someone up at airport the next morning. It was a perfect stopping spot and was a very nice stay!

Great and painless check-in. The room was available and had more than enough space to host our family of four.

Likes- all of the staff was really friendly and helpful: people above us were super loud at 12:30am and the staff addressed the issue, we forgot toothbrushes and they were provided at no charge, they allowed us to check in when we arrived at 1:30. The room was clean the hotel appeared clean.
Dislikes-The air conditioning made weird noises and a side door (1 of the 4) wouldn't close all the way and you could enter without a room key so seemed a little un-safe.
But overall, we've stayed there 3 times so we have obviously enjoyed it!!

Television were not smart, rooms and bathroom need updating, some of the cleaning staff not nice and the hotel is expensive

The hotel is lovely, the desk clerk was sweet, welcoming and patient.
My only issue with this hotel is that the ramp/incline to the hotel’s entrance walkway ends in a parking slot, instead of being marked out for handicap and/or luggage accessibility. As we were approaching that ramp to use it, a driver pulled in, blocking access to the ramp, and exited their car. My husband, with all our luggage on a valet cart, had to reroute about 100 feet to the end of the lot and around another 100 feet back to the entrance door. I, with 2 bad knees, had to maneuver around the car to get to the entrance. (We’re of the boomer generation, and not so agile anymore)
It’s an accessiblity issue which should be addressed.

The breakfast was great! While the rooms are outdated, they were very clean. We were very pleased with our room and would definitely stay here again. Trent greeted us at check in and was just fantastic-he was so friendly, even at the late hour.

Sunday mornings are a bit noisy if you are at the pool. A local auto club race up and down the road with very loud engines.

Came into town for a concert, the hotel was very nice and clean. The room itself was bigger than i had expected which was awesome. The breakfast was also great which had me, my friend and my daughter happy! I would for sure come here again if i ever had another event at PNC.

This was a very nice hotel for the price we paid. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was free and plentiful. A hot breakfast, which was included in the price, was more than adequate. During the day, the hotel offers a few ‘small plate’ options, but there are few, if any, other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, we would happily book another stay at this hotel if we ever to return to Raleigh.
