Great location. Great customer service. Very clean room. Good breakfast. Very good value for money. Only one comment: shower items all come in small sample sizes? Although they are all "L Occitane" products, so a minor issue really.

A good location nestled in a residential neighbourhood with proximity to various part of the city. Hotel is a bit dated especially the room. Staff were friendly. Was not happy that the price I ended up paying in pesos was way more than the price I committed in USD on Expedia. The exchange rate was way above the prevailing rates.

Very clean and quiet, like a little oasis in La Condessa. We enjoyed the rooms and hanging out in the lush, green courtyard with some excellent mezcalitas.

This is one of the most beautiful and tranquil hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional, we loved our room and we loved the environs of the hotel. We got the breakfast at the cafe daily and that was also wonderful. I would definitely stay here again, and the neighborhood was ideal for our first time visit to Mexico City - safe, great restaurants and shops, close to parks and a good grocery store.

This is the most fantastic boutique hotel that I stay at every time I come to Mexico City. The staff is so kind, helpful, accommodations are comfortable and the setting is beautifully cared for and unique. The included breakfast is delicious and the options for dinner and drinks are really nice as well. I’ll never stay anywhere else!

This is a quaint hotel that is well positioned in Contessa on a quiet street. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. The hotel has a wonderful courtyard that is hard to find in the area. Much nicer to stay in a quieter area than busy Polanco district.

Definitely the Hotel in La Condesa. At a fair price (not like the Condesa df that is not worth what they charge) Spacious rooms and bathrooms, restaurant and bar. Breakfast included and in perfect location.

Definitely the Hotel in the Condesa. spacious room, friendly staff, excellent location. And way above the Condesa df (where I stayed for a week before moving to this one) which costs more than twice as much. I would definitely come back.

My favorite place to stay in Mexico City! The hotel is a home away from home. It’s in an excellent location and the staff is wonderful.

The concierges were helpful in every way but especially when we both got sick.

The entire experience was wonderful. The gorgeous classic building, the lovely welcoming common spaces, the spacious and moderne rooms, great bathroom and shower make for a comfortable stay. But more importantly the STAFF are all warm, friendly and helpful. And did I mention the breakfasts? Fab. This will be our go-to haven in CDMX.

This is the third time I stayed at this location, this time I did not like the fact that they were doing some work to the hotel and it was not notice when I made my reservation. I found the facilities quite dirty. I love the location and in the past I had not had any complains. fgi

Sad to report we had to check out of our stay and book somewhere else after checking in. Wifi was not working in our room and neither was AC. Hotel is cute and the staff was nice just was not able to offer the services specified.

I loved my stay at sweet Hotel Villa Condesa, and will continue to stay here for future trips to Mexico City. All staff I interacted with were professional and accommodating, and incredibly kind. The hotel itself has a very boutique feel, with a cafe and a delicious breakfast.

Great stay, only one negative: Wi-Fi was completely non functional. Everything else was comfortable and reasonably priced. Great breakfast and bar and nice staff. Nice, clean rooms.

This was our third stay at Hotel Villa Condesa. The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street with many restaurants, bars and cafes a short walk away. We liked that the hotel wasn't exposed to the street. You get "buzzed in" to enter and the inner space is very peaceful and welcoming. This time we booked a Traditional Suite, located on the second floor of the newer building near the kitchen. There was no outside noise heard from our room. The suite was very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the in-room coffee each morning from the living room couch, before heading down to the included breakfast. The breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was excellent as was the service. The staff was all very kind and helpful. We took advantage of the free bikes they have for guests and thoroughly enjoyed riding Paseo de la Reforma on Sunday when a good portion of the road is closed to traffic. I would highly recommend doing this! All in all we had a great stay at Hotel Villa Condesa and would not hesitate staying here again.

I loved that the restaurant was only open to guest staying at the hotel. Breakfast was filling and very good, dinner as well. One thing that was not working was the laundry facility, so we had to make our clothes last for the days that we stayed there.

This is a quiet and beautiful hotel tucked in a lovely part of the city. This is our second stay. We loved the breakfast and all the amazing restaurants and parks nearby. There’s a great running and walking trail nearby on Avenida Amsterdam. No kids. Very quiet!

The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was so helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We were close enough to walk to the Parque Mexico and Parque Espana and also to el Bosque de Chapultepec.

An amazing 4 nights at the Hotel Villa Condessa with friends. The hotel felt more like a B&B, with a delicious breakfast each morning, which was included in our package. Each day after walking and sightseeing, we enjoyed a drink and snacks in their green and tranquil patio. Great tree-lined street neighborhood close to many cafes and restaurants. Above all, the staff were all outstanding. I look forward to returning!

Loved this property in lovely treelined street in Condesa area of Mexico City. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but nice and had A/C. Courtyard is pleasant. Does not have a pool but if you don't care about this - I recommend this place for a stay in Mexico City.
