An average hotel with exceptional staff.
Disappointed no refrigerator in the room and no washcloths during my 11-night stay.
Bed comfortable and location within Centro could not have been better. Breakfast included at nice restaurant next door. Good option for budget minded.

Location was perfect. Price was good. Clean bed and bathroom was fine. Staff was very friendly I’m picky about cleanliness and wished the shower had been better scrubbed! My second stay. Probably would book again

We stayed for 4 nights. It was a very pleasant experience overral, but Francisco was awesome, best customer service. The food at the reastaurant was delicious. Very happy. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

My family & I love this hotel.Great restaurants around …it’s safe…the staff is great,We’ve been coming here for 10 yrs.No need to take a taxi anywhere you can walk everywhere.If you travel with a big family they have a suite with 2 rooms & a living room with fridge which is perfect.

The BEST customer service provided by the staff. The Hotel is beautiful outside. However, the rooms and bathrooms need an update and definitely new towels! The towels provided look like floor rags.

The room was great! Big bed, big shower. The hotel is located in el zocalo so it’s close to everything you need including several great restaurants.
The pool was clean and refreshing and the included breakfast was tasty

We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. The pool area was a little bit on the smaller side but relaxing. Breakfast is included and it was very good. It’s walking distance to the malecón and there are a lot of food options as well. I would stay here again.

This place is in walking distance to the Malecon which is the main strip. Literally 2 blocks away. It’s quiet, it had a nice little bar with a great bartender (Luis) that knows his drinks. He’s super friendly, and gives you recommendations for dinning. Great place to stay. This was our second time here. I love it!

It was an amazing stay. The location is quiet yet very close to the Malecón and many other attractions. I will sure stay here again and again.

This is an older hotel, but anytime day or night staff is always cleaning. When walking to your room, it smells clean. You are also a very short walk away from the Malecón, yet you have little eateries a couple of blocks away. The last day I passed on the complementary breakfast and had breakfast at 3 Amigos coffee shop. The beagle, the to die for pastries and the best Americano coffee I have ever had.

Ice hotel in the downtown area close to restaurants and local sites to visit. Rooms were clean and the desk staff very helpful. Breakfast is served in the Melt restaurant around the corner which was very tasty.

A very basic hotel but staff was very helpful. Hair dryer didn’t work, no face towels, safe never worked even tho reported it three times. Convenient location.
