Hotel and staff good

Great property off the beach, but in the middle of everything. great service and well managed. they have meeting rooms to boot.

Customer service is exellent. Very clean. 8 minutes from Acapulco International Airport.

Staff was great. We really enjoyed our ten days stay, but the laundry service which it’s incomplete. The hotel has a washer machine, but not a dryer machine. We used it twice, and in the end we got wet, hot and smelling clothes because not hot dry air, a simple principle for dryers. Another issue is in the bathroom: not vent!!! Besides that, we had a Really great time, thank you to the people who works there. great service at the restaurant, and good location. We will come back!!

Todo eats perfect

Hotel seem to be a newer building. There were no wash cloths in the room when I first checked in. They offer good room service. Recommend getting Covid test done at airport if traveling international after stay. The hospital/nurse they use was late and the hotel charges an extra cut for the service which front desk never told me about! Airport is half the price and you get results in 30 minutes!

Todo bien, las almohadas de mi habitación no eran las mejores. Se percibía un olor fuerte de los productos con las que se lavan. Y el buffet de desayuno se me hizo de muy mala calidad.

Several issues and two of the employees were unkind one them very rude. One day I was in a hurry and I forgot something so I turn around and park in the side of the lobby for a minute my sister stay in the car in this guy name HUGO was very rude and told me I couldn’t park there. I explained but he kept running his mouth. My second day I was so tired when I got there and the next morning I was trying to order me a breakfast but the phone wasn’t working neither the safe box. The coffee machine was broken. The housekeeper clean halfway we always find the durty cups on the table even the ice container with water , not enough toilet paper and always had to beg for face towel. The last day I ask Jonathan for the second time to schedule me for the transportation to the airport and to send me some help to get my big suitcases downstairs but He never did. But a night before I called reception after they fixed the phone , Jonathan answer I asked him to let me stay in the same room because accidentally made a mistake and I need it to stay another night. He had me in the phone for 10 minutes he was attending somebody else, he should it say something I would call him back si hanged up the phone , he never call back. Whe I call back he said he couldn’t do it and that I need it to do that in the morning which sounds unpolite to me. I won’t never stay there again. After I stay 21 nights spend almost $1,500. That’s not all in the restaurant the waiter charged me over $500 pesos of tip.

Desk and staff are super friendly, room service will make anything you ask for and the place is so clean and respect. We stayed there with an entire 12 year old soccer team for 7 days and the hotel even changed their hours of the pool for us. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff treated my wife and I extremely well. Very nice facilities and a clean room with great service. On July 5, after arriving back from our day of activity about 9 PM, we encountered a scorpion on the property parking lot. Apparently, a brown scorpion jump from a palm tree and stung my wife. Fortunately, it did not pierce her skin. It did hurt and startle her but did have any after affect such as fever and convulsions. Please inform and report this incident to the corporate offices. Thank you.

The room was nice & clean & a packet of mask & gel & wipes was given during this time of COVID. The bus boy wasn’t available to take our bags, so we weren’t to happy about that.
