Location and great breakfast

Die Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Da unser Zimmer zum Innenhof ging,war es sehr ruhig, was angenehm nach einem langen Städtetag war. Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß benötigt man zum Brandenburger Tor 30min

Das Dreibettzimmer war leider etwas warm und abends konnten wir erst ab 22:30 Uhr lüften aufgrund der Abluft aus dem dazugehörigen Restaurant.

Um excelente hotel. Limpo e com todas as comodidades necessárias. Café da manhã espetacular.

Location of hotel excellent as was the breakfast. It was clean and cleverly done from a design perspective.

Room was so so - very small with shower & toilet in the room. Bed was too small (more of a mattress) & fitted into a slot which meant back was away from the wall so difficult to sit up and lean against which was mildly irritating.

The property was in excellent location

No air-conditioning, and the room I stayed trapped all the smell inside and was not as airy

This is the first choice when I travel to Berlin. Once it is available, I chose it without hesitation. I love the cozy room, clean and comfortable, nice design in bath and I enjoyed breakfast. It is also convenient working at lobby with big table. The receptionist Nicolo is nice and cares for guests. He had short talk with me and brought tee for me. All quite warm feeling staying in this hotel. Location is quite good, 2 min to S Bahn , restaurants are around of the hotel.

The only thing we weren’t keen on were the pillows. They were too soft

We arrived late at night with your Taxi (sent by booking.com) which was very helpful and relaxing. Thanks. the room was very nice, clean, well lit and aesthetic. Breakfast very good and central location. We visit this hotel for the 3d time.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The staff at the counter provided us with a water cooker when we needed it.

Our room was behind some additional stairs which made access to it with a heavy suitcase hard. On the first day room service woke us up at around 8 a.m. with the words "Aufstehen" or "Aufräumen" - a bit early for my taste. Also I am utterly disappointed with the breakfast provided. We were there for three days without any variation. The only vegan options were tomato and cucumber-slices with and bread.

Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of choice. Lovely and clean area with plenty of seating even though it was busy.

Can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. Our stay was great.

The room was clean and breakfast was great. Hotel is near the center and next to public transport.

Sometimes the Wi-Fi signal was broken.
