The hotel is really Nice : Rooms are modern and comfy and spacious.
Well equipped also for all you need !

The good is ok / good but I was missing typical mexican food such as … tacos !
This hotel also has a real plus of small attentions that make the difference : Each floor has Free fresh tea renewed every day but also some cakes and in the evening they put some mezcal for you to taste … etc really Nice experience !!
Please note that the hotel is far from the center you would need at least 30 min to get to main city main attractions (Up to 1.5 hour during traffic!)
The view from the Rooms is ok !
Finally, Last but not least : the hotel staff is really really Nice and helpful : always trying to help with a big smile !! Thanks to all of you !!!
Except 2 people at the reception : one woman (who did the check-out for me today and is supposed to be the manager) and one younger Guy teaming with her : every Time I had to deal with them they were unhappy/ not smiling. They were talking between them about me in spanish as they thought I don’t understand. They did not say bad things but just : this is not professional. Every Time I came to them for a simple question I felt I was bothering them ! Sorry to you if I made something wrong :)

Amazing facilities. Unfortunately they weren’t able to give me my vip gold member perk. Staff very attentive. Spa incredible. Convenient mall located next to the hotel. I will definitely stay again

Amazing staff, spacious room, and the property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. That said, aside from the restaurants in the adjacent mall, you must travel to attractions and other restaurants. Would stay here again!

Ballroom is spectacular.
Lobby distribution is not good. Uncomfortable division of areas, as if building was not meant to be a hotel. Mostly dark, including rooms. Reception slow to react to minor complaints. Room general equipment not user friendly.

Overall the hotel was very nice. However: The mini bar was never restocked. There was no option to stream to the tv- the only smart app was YouTube. Almost zero English tv stations. Towels were taken but not replaced. Both side table lamps were dead. Food very overpriced. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Spa was lovely. The staff all over the hotel were wonderful. Access to the mall (nice shops, Starbucks and excellent restaurants) was wonderful. No option to have cocktails or coffee outdoors. If the hotel were slightly less expensive (under $300) it would be exceptional. But for the price it was average. Next time will I stay at the Westin.

Great but not excellent, had to call multiple times to front desk for the complementary wine bottle. room had some defects. Shower pressure was poor. But the room was really nice to sleep, breakfast and dinner was great !

The hotel is small compared to the high end hotels but and you are greeted personally, everyone is super friendly, kind and helpful.
I am always scared of earthquakes so I’m not a high rise hotel fan for Mexico City.
It’s my second time there and will stay next time I visit the city.
