Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Ausstattung, exzellentes Personal, tolles Frühstück, aussergewöhnliche Veranstaltungen, historische Bezüge, wunderschöner Spa-Bereich

95% Prozent der Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist wie überall, dass es Mitarbeiter gibt, welche „keins Lust“ ausstrahlen. Was bis zu einem gewissen Punkt okey ist, da wir nur Menschen sind. ( und keine Roboter) Das Zimmer meines Bruders war viel schöner + grösser als meins.

Das Hotel war eher „altgebacken“ Viel Teppich und ist eher für ältere Kundschaft (Ü60) Es kann auch sein, dass ich hier heikel bin aber ich fand es nicht gut, dass ich in meinem Bad eine klassische weisse Badewanne hatte. Ich bevorzuge moderne Regenduschen. Zudem hatte ich kein Ausblick nach Aussen. Aber das war mein Fehler beim buchen. Das Zmorgenbuffet war okey. Abendessen stimmte für mich Preis Leistung nicht. Zudem sehr wenig Auswahl. Das Spa war ok. Gewisse Mitarbeiter konnten nicht sehr gut deutsch ( nich rassistisch gmeint) aber um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, ist es jeweils nicht optimal.

Extremely friendly and helpful personnel, good breakfast and food as well as nice spa. The transport service was a great plus to/from hotel and ski/train stations. Our friends had a room with a view and balcony, seemeed worth the extra price 👍

The breakfast was excellent, personal attention from the chef. The location is far from the city center and requires the hotel's shuttle which is not always available and not everywhere.

The availability of the hotel shuttle and access to all parts of the city. We ate at a restaurant at the other end of town and it was not possible to use the hotel shuttle

Service staff - especially dining staff were wonderful - went above and beyond. The reception staff were polite, friendly and did always tried their hardest to make the experience lovely. The room view was stunning Beds were comfortable. Rooms did not have minibar or tea/coffee facilities but you could request and if available they will put one in your room. We were lucky they did. Safe location Rooms were clean - balcony was dirty with smokers - ash and dirt on lounge chairs so did not use

The location is atleast a 20 minutes walk from the station - you can catch the bus - this drops you off at the bottom of the hill. It is a STEEP incline to the hotel from then on. Takes less than 10 miutes - going down - only about 7 minutes -but I doubt this is pleasant for most people having to do this daily in the rain and cold, or worse in winter! I had to rush to other destinations - quite a few that stayed in the hotel drove. If reception has extra staff they can drop you at the station - this we got to use only three times in our one week stay - all other times there was no one to take you. Its just by design. The walk was good exercise BUT not suitable when I had to run with my luggage to the station at 6.30am! Or when it was pouring and they loan you an umbrella with 55Francs deposit. Spa massage was average but cost a lot - staff very lovely Breakfast was continental only - cereal, bread and fresh fruits were the only options for vegetarians.
