The staff is excellent the rooms are clean and the restaurant is very good.

The employees were so helpful and attentive. The service was amazing. My daughter wanted to get her hair cut and a Abigail went above and beyond by scheduling an appointment for her at a very nice salon in the mall attached to the hotel. The breakfast was really good . We appreciated Abigail, Edgar, Wilmer, Maya, Gabriel and others whose names I can’t recall. Beautiful hotel in great location

World class hotel in Lima.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We gave the Mountain View and it was awesome! Breakfast every morning was great. They had different fresh juice each morning. Overall awesome stay.

everything was perfect!

The hotel and staff are absolutely the best. We are a world traveler and stayed in many hotels, but we never had the kind of service we had at Stannum. Carla and Abigail are the nicest people we ever met in our lives. Due to change in our flight we arrived early morning to Stannum, but they were able to arrange a room for us which we needed after almost 18 hours flight. Carla, Abigail, David ( at the restaurant) , the hotel manager and all the staff we met showed us a lot of respect and kindness. Housekeeping is also excellent and every morning they cleaned the room and changed the towels. Stannum is located one of the safest location in La Paz near American consulate. It is just a few minutes away from cable cars for easy transportation around the city. It is in a very convenient location to markets, restaurants, shopping center, bars etc. The breakfast is excellent, it’s open buffet, but you can also order omelets, pancakes etc. They also serve dinner at Tera restaurant and food is excellent with very reasonable prices. Dave ( David) will make everything to satisfy you. Today will be our 6 th night and will stay an additional 2 more nights, a total for 8 nights. Each day and night we have experienced was better previous stays. We especially feel that Carla and Abigail are family members. They also surprised us with a welcome dessert with our native language of Turkish. We love everything and everybody about Stannum.

Would give a good review but was charged $60 for some dirt on towels. Reached out about refund but haven’t heard back.

An incredible place to stay. With the hustle of La Paz all around it’s an oasis. Modern, clean rooms. In an excellent location, easy to catch the cable cars and in a very safe area. Easy and safe parking. Connected to a small mall with a great movie theatre. Loved our stay. Also all the staff were fantastic.

Had a lovely 4-night stay in room #508, king bed, jacuzzi tub, Mountain View, with breakfast. Room was spacious and very clean. Everything in good working order. Due to design there isn't a desk but two chairs and a small table. I had a Zoom event and could have used a desk, but there is a business center to use. Only improvement is to add a few more hangars and one more robe for couples. Breakfast each day was very good and plentiful. Lots of eggs options made-to-order, coffees, tea, juices, pastries and fruit. Really liked the pancakes. Notable staff who made our stay are Carla, Abigail, Ruth, Maya and Gabriel. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Hotel is in a great neighborhood location at Multicine and only a few steps from the Linea Blanca (Arce) and Linea Celeste teleférico stations. Hotel will loan you a rechargeable teleférico card that makes riding very easy! $3Bs to ride, $2Bs to transfer on same ride. Very clean and safe and amazing views! When visiting La Paz take a Red Cap walking tour and eat at Cocina Popular and Gustu. You won't forget them.

Most things worked. Great location and the staff were able to speak English and provide useful recommendations. Location was good: safe and right near the air tram station. Service was a little cold and haughty. Some were great others seemed arrogant.

Amazing stay Amazing staff

When we arrived we were allocated a small room but the staff moved us the following morning to a larger room which was just perfect. Ideally situated next to 2 cable car stations. Restaurant food and service was excellent, all the staff were very helpful especially the lady who helped with taxis and trip to lunar valley. We stayed 4 nights and used as a base for day trip to Uyuni. Would stay again.

Across the operations of the hotel, the staff was attentive, kind, and very helpful. A very comfortable place to rest and recharge in an extremely hectic and overstimulating city.

The Stannum Boutique hotel is conveniently located near a funicular station which is they way to get around in La Paz. The staff is very friendly, especially Abigail. Lovely views from your 12th floor room. Rooms are bit small not a lot of space in the bathroom for your travel bag or the room for suitcases.

First class hotel in an excellent location. Walking distancel to UK and US embassies.... and to some really good restaurants. Stay here when I come to La Paz... always an excellent experience.

Excellent service , perfect location , five minutes walk distance from USA embassy. If you want to move around the city you can use the teleférico. Plenty of dinning option close by.
