The staff was amazing - very friendly and attentive. The breakfast area was very cute, and the food was delicious. The bed was also very comfortable which can be tough to find! All in all, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all of the staff!

Wow! Our favorite hotel of our 10 day trip. Fabulous location, beautiful rooms with great amenities and lovely bathrooms and even an in room sauna! The people were all so kind and helpful. And most amazing were the exquisite breakfasts each day. Beautiful and delicious food and coffee. We loved our time there!

Such a hidden gem in Venice. Perfect quiet location just a stones throw from everything. Breakfast was out of this world, room was spacious and the bed was amazing. Just wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll be back.

Absolutely incredible stay at the Hotel Corte di Gabriela in Venice. Our host, Massimo, along with all of the hotel staff were so welcoming, courteous, and kind. The room was very clean and modern, and included all of the necessary amenities as well as many other small additional perks that made our stay even more special, like some delicious welcome cookies made by the chef and owner. The included breakfast exceeded all of our expectations, with an exceptional spread of juices, savory pastries, breads, tarts, jams, and made-to-order omelets. Between the knowledgeable staff, exquisite facilities, delicious breakfast, and central location - you can’t go wrong with a stay at Hotel Corte di Gabriela.

From entrance we felt very well. The staff were very helpful. The atmosphere was great. Very tasty breakfast was a good start for whole day. Housekeeping kept our room clean and fresh . The hotel is located in quiet area and very close to the main paths in Venice. I highly reccoment this place .

Exceptional!

This is THE gem of Venezia! Would gladly stay here two weeks of the year if I could, but alas parting is upon us! However, when I return there is no other accommodation that will ever be necessary! Corte de Gabriela was attentive to our every need before, during and after our stay’ Sorina, Massimo, Manola and Signor Luca provided incredible service. We were home and felt like family! There is a transport stop near the hotel, with a 7 minute walk (maybe shorter if you are younger and more agile) only one bridge (my mother sister and I did NOT travel light, and yet the walk was pleasant and easy for us). We walked everywhere no need for water taxis - everything was close Plaza San Marcos, the Rialto Bridge , etc etc etc. Location is everything the hotel is near restaurants and shops and destinations- But tucked away for quiet as well. Venezia has been the best and most favorite part of our mother-daughters winter vacation! Grazzie Mille!

We had a fantastic stay. The welcome and service from all the staff was superb, they could not do enough for us. The room was perfectly clean, a good size, tastefully decorated and with good amenities. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had anywhere in the world. I visited Hotel Corte di Gabriela with my mom and brother during our Italy vacation. We only stayed here one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect from the location to the rooms to the cleanliness to the decor to the staff. All of the staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We love Massimo and the owner who cooked for us like we were guests in his home. This made it super special. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice and we will for sure come back here again.

This was the perfect place to stay in Venice. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. This property is tastefully decorated. The dining area is charming and intimate. The breakfast is healthy and nice variety. If ever we come back to Venice, we will definitely (without a doubt) stay at Hotel Corte di Gaabriela.

Very nice boutique hotel that is a short walk to the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Friendly staff was quite helpful with directions and even packed us a breakfast to go when we had to check out before the restaurant opened.

Wonderful facilities and room, modern and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast service was delicious all made by the owner/chef. We will visit again and stay longer next time.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Venice and had a great experience at this boutique hotel. We were checked into our room immediately upon our arrival and the staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is near the vaporetto S. Angelo stop. Everything is very walkable from the hotel. The hotel room size was good for Venice and it was updated and modern. It had everything we needed including a large bed. I would definitely recommend if you like to stay in smaller hotels with great locations where they know their guests. The owner is a chef and provides a wonderful breakfast for the guests every morning. We received made-to-order omelets and they were excellent. Great choice and we would definitely come back again!

This stay was absolutely fabulous, from the moment we arrived to our departure. It made me appreciate boutique style hotels,(I usually go for the chain hotels) with the touch of pampered elegance, while still being friendly and inviting, even offering umbrellas for the rainy days of Venice (which were many) . A seating room complete with grand piano you could play, Murano glass wall mural & a full dress costume from the Carnival of Venice (more stunning than I thought ). It's compact but the room was quite large & full of amenities, beautiful rain shower, bidet, walk in closet, robes, safe, mini refrig, nice tv, small canal from our window ,tour books & very comfortable bed & a few cookies. But nothing compared to the breakfast which was prepared by the staff and cooked entirely by the owner every morning. I had nutella crepes and my husband had fresh poached eggs with a sliver of fried sardines that added that venetian touch. And I won't tell you about all the pastries the owner made. pear tart, orange muffin, chocolate pear mini cake, cream puff...delicious. I'd go back just for the breakfast. I cannot forget Renato at front desk who helped us throughout with the friendliness of a family member and even with arrangements in the middle of the night to get a water taxi because of a family emergency and we had to cut short our trip. I'm just happy things worked out well and this was the impression of which I take home from Venice. Thank you, Hotel Corte di Gabriela.

The hotel is amazing. The history of the building, the attention to detail and comfort made it a wonderful stay. The breakfast was exceptional and the owner takes a personal interest in the hotel guests' preferences.

Owner chief’s personal attention to every detail lead a great staff in one of our most memorable visits to any hotel ever. I highly recommend this boutique hotel centrally located in Venice yet enough out of the way to enjoy the quiet.

Staff were excellent! They were polite, and went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. Breakfast by the owner was also excellent. It was even one of our better meals in Venice. Hotel was beautiful and the area was quite central. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was a little tricky to find, but the location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! More light in the bathroom and a stronger Wi-Fi connection would be areas to improve, if possible.

I can not say enough good things about this stay! The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. It's nestled into a cute little alley on a small canal, only a couple minutes walk from the grand canal. I was worried about getting lost on the way there, but the hotel provided us with excellent step by step instructions before we checked in and it was a piece of cake (even though we were worn out from traveling). The room was incredibly comfortable--best bed we slept in during the whole trip--and it had all of the essentials. The room was also gorgeous, with a beautiful ceiling fresco. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. We stayed here over my birthday and, while we didn't make note of that in our reservation, they must have figured it out through my passport and made it extra special for me with a delicious apricot cake during breakfast! It was incredibly sweet; they make you feel like family! I wish I could rate this hotel even higher. We will definitely be back!
