I could not say one bad things about our Easter stay; it was really great! The room was comfy, the morning buffet was tasty. Waking up to the Lindt chocolate Bunnies outside guests' doors Easter morning was a charming detail. Thank you for a great stay.

My usual go to hotel and second home when I am travelling to Bremen, great staff, clean, good location.

Since I had no status and booked the lowest priced at hotel.com, the room was tiny and the promised city view was at a wall on the third floor. The room was stuffy and hot as the the temperature control was confusing to operate or it did not work at all. The check in was very slow. I waited in line for 30 min when I arrived at 4 pm. Everything was blamed on Covid procedure but there were only two people checking in about 12 guest in front of me.

The hotel is next to the river, but quite far to walk to the Innenstadt.

Beautiful hotel, 10 minutes walk from tge Altstadt. Everything was great.

Great experience, although some of the facilities (like sauna) were closed at the time of my stay due to coronavirus restrictions. That said, quite confortable room. I got the view of the river as I asked (and payed for) in advance. The only minor issue was the shower gel going empty and not re-filled after I informed the reception. I must also say that I did that quickly while leaving the reception, what might have helped to the message being lost. No big deal at all. I would stay here again easily.

The restaurant at the Hotel is perfect and meals are really delicious. I really suggest rib eye steak and ceaser salad :)

I stayed here for one night on a business trip to Bremen. The hotel is very new and situated in a part of Bremen that is being redeveloped. Being new the condition of the hotel and amenities is very good. The room l stayed in had a partial view of the river and the Chilli Club restaurant, where a colleague and I ate in the evening (think Wagamama’s but with higher prices but more relaxed). My colleagues room was on the other side of the hotel and he did mention that freight trains rumbling over the bridge woke him during the night. On my side of the hotel I didn’t hear a thing!Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice of cereals, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, etc.My only quibble is that for a modern hotel the room did not have a USB socket for charging phones, tablets, and the like. Or if it did I couldn’t find it.

This is a great choice for anyone that wants to explore this magnificent Hanseatic City with its beautiful historic buildings, churches and monuments. The hotel overlooks the Weser River and it is an easy walk by the water on the "Schlachte" to get to the "Altstadt". The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet, parking is very convenient at minimal cost, and it is one of the few hotels that has an exercise room--too bad the sauna was out of order.

The Steigenberger Hotel was as expected, no problems at all

A friend and I stay at the Steigenberger Hotel, it’s an absolute beauty with great views and very clean. The only downside was that they charge you extra to bring your food and drinks up. I have never heard of this and trust me I have stayed at many hotels. Another thing I picked up on was not being able to do a late check out. The hotel wasn’t busy and it was a Sunday, a couple of hours in the room wouldn’t do any damage.

Came back hotel late. Informed them to extend the room. But charged late check out fee.

Lovely staff. Good facilities. Close to city centre. Double beds are in fact two single beds pushed together not ideal for couples. Hotel is accommodating and of high atandard

Hotel chosen for proximity to a venue. Room very good, bed extremely comfortable and great shower. Breakfast not eaten as very expensive. Hotel restaurant food excellent although menu limited. Some noise from nearby railway/road. Helpful staff.
