One of the best places we have stayed at. We prefer to go self catering and left on our own. This was perfect for that although the times we needed help it was immediately there. Very clean room, as was all of the hotel. 2 minute walk into the centre of the village and a well stocked supermarket outside of the entrance. We had expected to park our motorbike in the garage but were surprised to find that we were allocated a lock up garage inside the larger garage. This meant we could leave all our gear on the bike instead of taking it with us to the room. Swimming pool was perfect and the pool table and football games were another nice touch for us. We will certainly use this hotel again when we next return to the area.

Our 2-day stay at residence Grandes Alpes was just about perfect. We were welcomed by extremely friendly and helpful staff, who called us on the phone before the arrival to make sure we are coming on time and called our apartment after check-in to make sure we found the apartment.The rooms and other facilites (swimming pool) were well equipped and clean, the views were exceptional. All in all, this was a perfect weekend getaway stay for us and we will be back for sure.

Our stay at Les grandest alps was extremely pleasant. The staff were ever so helpful and the apartment was actually much larger than anticipated. The only negatives were the lack of comfortable seats or chairs in the living areas. In addition as we were using the only sofa as a bed there was no lounge seating options at all even though there is ample space to provide such seating arrangements. As a result our party of eight were not able to relax and socialise in our apartment during the evening. We did however utilise the comfortable and extremely well equipped games room/public lounge area. The swimming pool spa area was extremely useful and well enjoyed. The proximity to the ski lifts is quite good although the 5 minute walk back after a long day skiing was slightly tedious for the little ones in our party. We look forward to returning on our next visit to La Clusaz.

Professional staff. Great location. Excellent facilities. Bed and bedroom a little small but the rest of the apartment was excellent.

Great stay apartment was lovely and the pool was first class with beautiful views of the mountains could not really have asked for more. We arrived late and the staff were great at leaving instructions about checking in, just a really nice stay!

Set in a lovely little village. Too bad we were only there for 2 nights but will definitely go back again next time were around the area.

The hotel was brilliant with breathtaking views of the town centre and mountains, staff were excellent, very good spoken english, the apartment was very clean and the place overall was very welcoming, overall a splended stay in la Clusaz

Had read reviews that every room had a balcony with a view. The rooms on the first floor overlook the roof of the swimming pool, but you can just about see mountains over the top. The room was clean but certainly wouldn't want to have six in there. It could do with some wardrobe space in the bedroom. Our clothes stayed on the floor for the duration of our trip.

Fabulous views from balcony, warmest indoor pool ever with mountain views! Will visit again soon.
