The property was beautiful. The hotel was definitely less modern and we did have some flooding issues. The shows they put on were great. The buffet was amazing (the restaurants in the resort were not good at all),

Nice hotel, great staff. Gym could use updating as it looks like it may have been an after thought, machines are old & bathroom is too far from the gym.

Overall nice stay. Rooms and balcony furniture VERY outdated. Rooms NEED renovation! There is no reason the palace is the most expensive out of the 3 properties and the rooms are OLD

Staff was very friendly.

The resort was beautiful! And being able to go to all three resorts and their beaches was amazing! Great food and drink pretty much any time of day. The pools were pristine and set up for relaxing or having a bit of fun. The staff was FANTASTIC! A big SHOUT OUT to Shannie (Shantel),Shana Kay,Ofrain,Bubbles, Caustan, Johnny Bravo, Angel and Serica! Thank you so much :-)

Beautiful views at this property. Staff was amazing and the place was very clean. The activities were a fun and they had something to do every night. We booked Riu Palace Jamaica which gave us access to Reggae & Montego Bay as well and it was really nice to be able to go to all 3 resorts. Loved this place and will definitely be back!

Entertainment and wait staff were awesome. Johnny Bravo, Quan Dinero, Dr. Phil, Winstin, Biggie and Chad were all great. They made the week for us!!

I loved the friendliness and efficiency of the stuff,reception stuff were the most efficient,always available and always helping us whenever we needed something 24/7.Housekeeping did a great job too making sure our room was neat and tidy every day the entire week even when we left the room very late on a particular day.The food at the foreign restaurants was fairly good but the local buffet was one of the best we have had in a long time,we ate there 3 nights out of the 7 nights we were staying at the palace.All the stuff were so attentive and ready to assist during dinner and lunch.It was an added advantage that we could eat and party at the two other RIU resorts. Its definitely a place we will return to and recommend

Nice people calm atmosphere, fun white party The only downside is the fusion restaurant the night before leaving, the food was terrible and the soup with scallops was aweful and gave my daughter really bad diarrhea.
