The room was very old need to be updated. No hot water

I immediately checked out due to the accommodations

The property did nor resemble the photos presented at all. The air was only allowedat a certain level which did not coom the room. Toilets keaked when flushed and ecectricity went down three times in two hours. There were four people with a multiple day stay. All four of us left within 3 hours.

The Hotel was close to the Acuarium and water Park. Also close to the Male on where I walk every day.

This hotel may be no good for those not Spanish speakers. Staff don’t speak English and even did not know the meaning of the word “tour” when asking about it. Very noisy restaurant with music to the highest volume, poor transportation available with a recommended risky taxi with no seat belt, no lights in a very poor driving environment. I changed rooms 3 times in 4 days due to no electricity, pool internet reception. Limited breakfast buffet, confused dinner order.
Other than that, the patio and the pool area were excellent.

I liked that room was kept up nice, nights were morderate with noise, great pool, good location for me to take morning walks. I did not like that the person I came to see had to leave her id at the desk when she came to see me and that they put a time limit on her stay to see me when it got around 9, the bed is far too hard and far too little blankets on the bed. And like many others have said, WIFI is not good.

I work for the Cruise Line , and this Hotel had no internet. It was more out then in ...It was not safe for me. and when you order , food they was out of things on menu.. I would like my money back.

The hotel desperately needs a upgrade, it has potential as it’s close to the airport but omg the amenities need a complete revamp.. my 7 year old would not eat anything there because everything looked dirty.. the spoons were rusted and the pots are way pass old..the taxi available drove like a maniac we had to pray every trip and he did not know where to go. Overall the only good experience is that the front staff and security were very nice people..

The resort is nice outside but the rooms are horrible. Towels were dirty with stains, the floors were dirty, ac wasn’t working so we had to change rooms, toilets were dirty, surface was very dusty.

The apartment was full of cockroaches, it was all of over the places, the kitchen were full of this animals walking al over the kitchen table and kitchen cabinets even the floor, we found a tick on the bed. By the morning the ac wasn’t working.

Will never book with Acuarium ever again. Hotel room was very dirty. The window had the screen cut out and the refrigerator was barely cold. Went with a group and had to check out early because people were trying to break down the door in the middle of the night. The room given only had a key to get it with no other form of security lock like a bolt. Spoke with the owner and they didn't take us seriously. Felt completely unsafe. Other members of the group have stayed there before and this has never happened. Bar is open to public and people come and go. If you care about you or your family do not stay here!!!
