Zara Tower hotel was the perfect choice for getting ready on my wedding day. The staff were super friendly and helpful and were able to bring any deliveries/orders to my room and let my guests in without issue. The Soho suites are very spacious, comfortable, and a stylish backdrop for getting ready and first look photos. Fully equipped kitchen was great to have as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I needed a hotel in the city!

Last trip was my family's first overseas trip. So I wanted a hotel with a kitchen for my parents and booked Zara Tower Hotel. It was an excellent choice. The receptionists were always kind and kept me in a clean room condition. Lastly, I want to thank you very much for upgrading my room

Fantastic room! So much space for jet lagged travelers to spread out. Did some cooking in the very well appointed kitchen. There is construction noise next door during daytime, otherwise quiet in the evening and night. Staff was so friendly, easy to store luggage both arrival and departure. Nice central location to explore Sydney. You’ll never see this much space in a city hotel again! Loved our stay, thanks!

Good location, near Central Station and tram stop Chinatown. The building is new and well maintained. Nice team staff, they were all friendly and attentive, we felt welcomed!
Bedroom was clean and the bed is super comfortable, nothing to complain!!

The room we had was absolutely incredible! Extremely spacious and unique space! Very comfortable furniture, king bed and couch bed! Wonderful kitchen with all the needed amenities provided!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is one of the most friendly and helpful group of staff you will ever find. They helped with parking my car, carrying bags, offering umbrellas, and being genuinely concerned that we had a good stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

I stayed with my wife and two children. All the facilities were neat and nice, and it seems like a great place to stay with my child. The staff at the front were friendly, and the room cleaning was excellent.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. A beautiful hotel suite with Nespresso coffee, fast internet and great views. I really appreciate the late checkout and the helpful advice with local attractions.

Has pretty much everything you need even though the room is small. Staff very lovely and accomodating. Only issue is huge construction site next door that starts drilling etc at around 7 am.

Booked room was so comfortable for me and so huge to stay by myself. Only my concern point was reception staff. I felt that they were so casual to contact my team and we couldn’t know who was a reception staff and who were cleaning, sweeper, maintenance…
And during my stay, one lift didn’t work…

Apartment style room is very spacey and convenient for me. Full kitchen, hot tab with shower and shower room, everything fine for me.
Only disappointed was a service at the reception and room keepers. One lift was stopped 2 days.
I need more 5 minutes to wait the lift at the 8th floor.
Luxury sweet soho’s room is fashionable.
Need a hot tab in the center as same as I stayed last night.

After my stay I received an email that the cleaning staff found the sink stained, the cleaning staff had not been in for 4 days, why wait til I had left to address this. I only cleaned my face, teeth and rinsed fruit in the sink, how could I have stained the sink. Zara Tower Hotel has a $500.00 deposit. Something fishy from this hotel.

Zara Tower Hotel was very nice! The staff was always helpful and friendly. The reason for the 4 star rating for cleanliness and condition was because the floors were a little dusty in areas and the drain in the bathroom shower and sink were slow draining. But other than that, everything was great! Zara Hotel was a really nice place to stay and the staff was excellent!

This was a fantastic stay! As a family of 5, we had plenty of room with two bedrooms and two baths. The living area was large and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked - I especially appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine with included pods! The location is great with only a 10 minute walk to the Central train station and 15 minutes to Darling Harbour. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. If I'm ever in Sydney again, this will be my first go-to hotel.

We loved staying here, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff were friendly and loved the little details in the room, t2 tea and Nespresso pods ect. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great, thank you Zara for a great stay. We will stay again!
