Pleasant hotel, excellent location. Rooms were a good standard although aspects could do with mild maintenance. Most staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay but not a vast choice and the portions were not same as paying guests which was a let down. Paying guests 2 eggs, residents 1 .. even juice was a smaller glass! Is that really necessary? Bed very comfortable. Overall a good stay.

The customer service is excellent, with all staff being extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a variety of options—our favourite was the pistachio croissant!
Additionally, there are restrictions on driving in the area around the hotel, and the closest parking is about a 10-minute walk away.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cort, large designer suite, sympathetic interiors and great staff. The hotel is also in a perfect location for the best of Palma. Cant recomend it Enough. We stayed for dinner which was also lovely. The restaurant manager in particular couldnr so enough for us. Made our break in Mallorca very special.

It was a great experience. The room smelled delicious and was beautifully decorated. There is a 800 years old olive tree which made the place a really special one.

We couldn’t fault this hotel. You can’t really get a more central location. We stayed in the intimate suite which was absolutely gorgeous. Really spacious, beautifully decorated with a lovely terrace and bathroom stocked with Molton Brown products. The check in/out process was seamless and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the cooked to order breakfast, which was served until 12 which allowed us a lie in. It was absolutely delicious. There is a small but quiet rooftop plunge pool with sun beds which is perfect on a hot day. If back in Mallorca we will return to this hotel.

What a fantastic stay at this fabulous hotel. Was not expecting such an enjoyable stay. Obviously the location is bang in the middle of everything so youre onto a winner already. But the hotel and all the wonderful staff made our trip. We stayed in Placa Suite which was beautful spacious with 2 rooms and 2 French balconies overlooking the busy square and 600 year old olive tree. We had beautiful breakfast outside in the placa every morning. Every single member of the staff are a credit to the hotels owners. Restaurant team, housekeeping and the super friendly reception team who made coffee and croissants at 6am in the morning for our early taxi on the last morning. Cant recommend this hotel enough

Celebrating my wifes birthday with our two kids (8 and 19). Such a wonderful hotel, with a service level way beyond our expectations. Located just by a small square with large old trees and the hotels outdoor seating. Sunbeds and a small pool on the roof top and excellent breakfast for us all. Highly recommended!

Such a cool, quaint and well curated boutique hotel. Located right in the middle of the plaza Del Korte, which is loaded with dining opportunities within arms length. This charming historical district hotel did not disappoint! Natalie at the front desk went over the top to make sure that we were able to locate the hotel get our bags in, which is ordinarily a bit of a challenge for US travelers. Their complementary breakfast is absolutely delicious and we would definitely stay there again sometime.

As good as any city centre hotel we've ever stayed in! Fabulous hotel, PERFECT location just 5-10 mins walk from all of the city centre sites and locales; superb friendly and helpful staff, especially on reception; great breakfast; lovely comfortable room! I cant fault it - we loved our 4 night stay; will recommend it to all our friends and wouldnt look anywhere else if and when we go back to Palma.

What a wonderful stay at Cort Hotel.
A beautiful, spotless, warm room with a fabulous double shower which I enjoyed pre Christmas night out.
Melanie 😍on reception was super helpful and my breakfast omelette the following morning was a perfect start to the day.
This will be my go to hotel now when staying in Palma and I look forward to my next visit 😁

Beautiful hotel; super clean; very beautiful design; rooms are very good quality, everything - handles, lights, material on the walls, bed, furniture , shower - all great , I would say 5 star. The only thing let them down is the breakfast - which was like 2-3 star hotel, no fruit, no replenishment of juice or meat, no vegetables available at all.

Great spot in the heart of old Palma. Very nice hotel, rooms, restaurant, and rooftop patio.
We found the service excellent and friendly, and were able to check in a bit early.
If you go and it's hot out, we recommend using the cool pool on the roof, its a nice way to cool off and there are loungers and towels available.

A wonderful hotel, with large, pretty, well-designed rooms. The location is PERFECT, a five minute walk to the cathedral, right next to the iconic tree of Palma. The staff was attentive and thoughtful. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food was good. I couldn't have asked for more.
