shower glass was too short in length for a tall person. water would always get on the floor due to my height and it forced me to stand very close to the front of the shower.

The hotel was fine. Everything was ok and worked. My experience with the staff was positive. I would consider it again. Immediate vicinity to the castle district was nice

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very cozy. Breakfast is usual English breakfast selection but of a good quality and variety of choice. Nice underground garage to park your car.

WiFi wasn't stable enough, with it is improved. Also wish the garage fee would be included in the room price. Please be aware that the hotel is located up the hill. I like walking so for me it was even an advantage, but those who don't may find it hard to get on feet.

The hotel was very obliging and nothing was too much trouble for them.

excellent location for the castle. it welcomed us at 2am as our flight got in late.

Excellent location, great restaurant, nice views of castle/palace walls, and easy access to upper wall city views to the south west. Elevator to that level was 50 metres from hotel.

Mattresses were tired and stained and should be replaced. Small tv screen. 50 to 55” would be standard for our room and tv location. Lack of a convenient charging station and lack of USB port for device charging were major issues for us.

The staff was was friendly and Bence at the desk was helpful.
