No coffee maker in room, clock radio or mini fridge.

Have stayed here every year for the past 15 years on the way down to Puerto Vallarta. Absolutely love the staff! Soooo friendly! There is outside security so I didn't have to worry about my car.

No longer water bottles in the room. The internet is very poor and weak. No ice available to guests.

The location was good, however two doors down a nice hotel, resort like facility, ask $90 per night in comparison to $80 at the Azteca.

I booked a week in advance requesting a room on first floor due to medical issues. They put us on the third floor claiming we arrived late being the reason, agreeing to move us but only for the last day we were there. We struggled through considering we knew little about the area. We also found the room to have dirty linens and dirt on the floors. Even the toilet was a challenge to get up off of due to the wall being so close to the toilet, you had to turn sideways to get up. The mattress was the hardest I've ever come across. Loud noises and screaming came from the pool area into the night. Some of the staff were friendly but as a whole most were not "Gringo Friendly". Needless to say I will avoid this facility in the future. At $80 per night I would have expected a bit more.

The place is old and run down..the bathroom tiles are all broken …you get what you pay for

Good location close to the beach and live music. There is a convenient breakfast restaurant and small bar on the property

Cold water!

This hotel is perfectly located and has wonderful poolside rooms! The pool area was great to spend time in! The staff was very helpful & friendly. You can easily walk most places and if needed transport was easy to get.

The rooms could use a little updating. Only one power outlet worked and new bedding for example.

Always a good place to stay. The bartender was fine. But we didn’t share political views.
