This hotel was a pleasant surprise to me and my daughter. The level of cleanliness, room decor, room size, TV size, channel and movie availability, variety of food for breakfast, freshness of food, guest services, location to downtown, basically everything was 10/10 for us. I can't wait to stay here again.

The hotel was amazing, so clean, great service, very nice and kind staff, multiple choice for breakfast, underground parking,
as my truck doesn't fit in the parking, there is a limited spot by the entrance other than that some street parking.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.Check in and check out was simple and quick.On site underground parking was very convenient.Breakfast was very good with great selection of hot and cold dishes.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was small but adequate to relax.. Hot tub was very small and jets were a little rough with water splashing fairly high.Overall a good place to stay,Will be back again.

We had a great room with nice balcony although a little too cold to sit outside. The room was spacious. I really like the hotel which included a basic buffet breakfast. It is less than 10 minute walk into town and very close to Roam transit bus stop. It is very reasonably priced compared to other places in the town. There are hotel restaurants close by a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and a bottle shop in the hotel next door as well as a service station directly opposite.

Hotels clean, quit and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Parking was convenient and underground. Centrally located to downtown.

We are all happy and satisfied with my family and friends. The front desk attendant was so polite. Easy check-in and check-out, excellent free hot breakfast, clean and spacious room. Excellent prime location in Banff and affordable too!

Firstly, the hotel's location is excellent. Once we parked the car underground, we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel room was clean and spacious. There's a coffee machine in the lobby which was convenient.
The pool and dining area are small but the breakfast was decent.
However, the air conditioning unit was loud and we could hear people talking in the hallway.
The worst part was that around midnight, our toilet was overflowing. We went to the reception and the night manager gave us a plunger and told us to fix it ourselves.

It was so nice to stay Best western plus siding 29 lodge. All staffs and facilities were excellent with a beautiful Banff.

Overall I was impressed with hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly, pool was nice and breakfast was good. It was nice to have underground parking. Hotel was not cheap but I guess that is to be expected in Banff.

We needed a place in town, this is right on Banff Ave, a short walk into the town area with restaurants and Roam transport. Easy access to the highway, great included breakfast and free parking. So it met our needs. Had a small balcony in a 2 room suite, which was nice and clean. had some minor issues with remote and smoke detector but those were handled quickly. Location is great, and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus.

Ridiculously expensive for the level of facilities etc. Breakfast was very basic. We chose the hotel as it had a pool but it was tiny - like 2 x 3 metres tiny. Also it didn't open till 8 so we couldn't swim before breakfast. The room etc was fine. But for the price paid overall very disappointing

Great location, easy walk along Banff Ave into the heart of the village. Set back a bit so very quiet, we even saw an Elk one evening coming back to the hotel!
It's an expensive option, however the room we had was large and well furnished for our short stay, we also booked quite late so there may be cheaper options available. Breakfast was basic, but welcome and the parking was fine (med size car). TV with streaming was good.
We loved staying in Banff.

Nothing wrong with the property. Great location near main street but further away from all the noise.
I do, however, have a complaint about the cost of the room. We booked it for two nights to start at a cost of about $1,000 a night. We then proceeded to add another two days to it and got charged over $2,000 a night. Why was that?
