Convenient location. Very comfortable furniture and nice equipment. Good bed, great shower. Very roomy - much better than a cramped hotel room.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Palacina. Would definitely recommend to anyone who prefers to be independent of hotel limitations and have some space with a sofa and kitchen and separate bedroom.

The hotel is in an interesting area with many Turkish and other Mediterranean shops and restaurants, some of them quite good.

Fantastic little apartment not too far from the city centre and close to restaurants, train stations and shops. Staff were very friendly and the apartment had everything we wanted for our stay.

I am not the type of ever write reviews. I usually always get too busy by the time I get back from vacation but I could not forget about the comfort I felt in this hotel. Its more of an apartment feel. My boyfriend and I stayed during christmas time mainly to hit all of the nearby christmas markets and this was dead center close to all of them. The apartment within itself was SOO homey and clean! It had clean plates,cups, utensils so we didnt have to worry. It looks JUST like the pictures , I was so happy! I typically like to sleep without a comforter and just a light sheet to wrap myself with and it was a 5 minute timespan of when I requested it and they delivered it to the door. Its nearby alot of mom and pops shops and plenty of grocery stores. We plan on coming back again !!!

Modern and extremely well presented, this beautiful old building has been lovingly restored and has all top spec facilities. Excellent base to explore Berlin. Staff couldn’t me more helpful and we loved staying here. Totally recommend this apartment hotel.

Huge apartment with lots of space and storage. Even has one and a half baths. One with a nice soaking tub in large bathroom.

Good safe area close to underground stop and short walk to multiple cafes. Mum adored the room and she is fussy - enough said. Hotel host Daniel was friendly and helpful, we really appreciated his warm and informative welcome. Goid facilities in apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

fantastic hotel. my family and I travel a great deal and this was in the top tier of our favourites. the hotel was in a great location, mere minutes to the U bahn. The apartment was clean and had all the convenient features such as dishwasher and washer and dryer, satellite TV in the rooms made deciding on a channel easier. The staff at Palacina were great, helpful in anyway possible. I would return to Placina tomorrow and plan to stay there overtime I am in Berlin

Palacina is approx. 5 min walk from U2 Bulowstrasse station. Many sights are accessible via U2. One station away (Nollendorfstrasse) there is a good supermarket (Kaisers) and nearby are convenience stores and fast food places. Palacina is beautifully decorated and kitchen is well equipped. Personnel was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the place warmly.

Close to several U & S Bahns plus bus lines. Only minutes from most Berlin attractions. Apartment was warm and spacious. All the appliances you need to feel like home.

Really can't recommend this place enough. We stayed for 4 nights in Apartment 5, which is a two bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was fabulous. The apartment is huge; the hall alone is larger than most hotel rooms. Tastefully decorated, with decent quality furniture and fittings. There is no street noise and the whole building feels secure with a reliable lift. Metro is a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of supermarkets and a couple of reasonable restaurants (and a very good bakery) within a couple of minutes walk. Potsdamer Platz is approximately 20/25 minutes walk away; less than ten euros in a taxi. We met two staff whilst we were there, both were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a spacious apartment that feels like home.

The apartments are in a good part of Berlin, close to restaurants, bars and in an interesting area. Sadly, my ground floor apartment was next to the common area which the smokers occupied for most of the time I was there. The nights were hot so windows needed to be open, and after sightseeing all day the smell of smoke was not a pleasant one to have when relaxing. What should have been a good experience was disappointing.
