Wonderful location and great staff. Very tired rooms and a holiday crowd. Was quite noisy. I booked this as part of a business trip and this would have been a good choice for a long weekend. It's a very lively tiki bar scene and not somewhere I would recommend for children.

It was ocean front and you could NOT see out the window. Old and dirty room.
It needs a lot of tlc. Would not stay here again.

The whole property is outdated, they let people grill right by the room door, the smoke is all over, parking is one block away. The location is amazing if you are staying just to go to the beach.

I LOVED IT! The room had a window looking out on the beach and the water, less than a few feet from the beach. I spent every evening on that beach. Stunning view and very comfortable room!

We were there during a hurricane. The location is awesome...right off the beautiful boardwalk and beach. The facility is dated due to its age, but the beds were comfortable and there was a small kitchenette. Good parking, but cost $18/day.

We have stayed here multiple times and have truly loved it. However this stay was the least of our favorite visits as the hotel is under roofing and tiki bar construction. We were asked to move multiple times in the courtyard and unable to speak at times due to the loud pounding. My husband was terribly annoyed as we had family visiting that we wanted to enjoy in conversation. Otherwise, the hotel accommodated my husband in a ground floor room after his 2 knee replacement surgeries. The hotel also had to make entertainment adjustments due to high winds so we missed out on daily musical entertainment.

Was not our first stay, nor will it be our last, at the Riptide! We enjoy the area, shopping, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance. Saw a concert at the Hard Rock Casino, which was only a short uber ride away. Keep up the good work Riptide and we will see you again real soon!!!!

I would have given the hotel 5 stars but it could use a little face lift.
The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach, an amazing view, the rooms were clean, staff was great!
I would definitely stay there again, but it would have been nicer if the rooms were refreshed, unit could use new windows, new comforters, and a new sofa bed.

is truly beach front, room are ample, full kitchen, staff is very friendly, and has a bar with live music very nice and is a walkable area, very safe, and in top of everything the police is guarding the whole area , beach included, loved , recommended

Refrigerator didn’t work. Shower head not putting out strong flow. Sink in bathroom leaked. Shower very slippery. Windows dirty. Door handle almost fell off. This place is in need of renovations. Parking is awful.

Our stay was nothing but incredible. I couldn't believe how close the airport was and the beach. The live music played at certain hours was enjoyed. To my surprise the room has a small refrigerator with freezer, stove, some plates, cups, cooking utensils, small umbrella and beach chairs. The staff were attentive and very helpful to our needs- trash and fresh towels as needed. It is under renovations. My family had the time of their lives. Unforgettable memories!

The room was great, with a lot of space for my daughter’s friends, walkable to the beach (which was beautiful) staff was very helpful and very nice. My daughter had an awesome beach birthday!!

Our room is fronting the ocean where you can feel the breeze just sitting outside your room.
The desk staff is not accommodating, not helpful and not friendly at all. They should be the 1st as frontliner to make your stay comfy anf fun. I dont know if this lady Annavelle owns the place or a relative of the owner.
The waitress at the bar is more serviceable as well as the cleaning crew. Both teams are hardworking.
