My room had an excellent view and the service was great. There was some items that needed repair around the property. The elevator by our room did not even display what floor the elevator was on. Also one whole morning the property had no running water. Since the views and service were good it did not severely affect my vacation but they definitely need to spend some money on repairs in my opinion. Another person I spoke with said there phone in their room did not work and another said their air conditioner never got as cool as they liked.

People travel to a country to experience the culture, not a smattering of the culture amidst a barrage of some other culture.
Dont tell me you have a Jamaica night. UNACCEPTABLE.
Why do you have restaurants to showcase international cusine but not a Jamaican resturant??
The guise of catering to international clientele is weak.
Why is a hotel in Jamaica serving food that is readily available to international in their own backyard, with a smattering of local cusine, and poor quality cusine at that.
What made this experience worse is this hotel brands itself as a luxury resort.
As guest left they were sent off with a Spanish song that only the front desk manager seem to gleefully enjoy in a manner that was slightly below bafoonery.
Overall the food left much to be desired.
The entire experience smacked of neocolonialism.

This was a beautiful place however I got a room lower grade than what I paid for. I paid for a room in the luxury and they stuck me in the grand!!! I also requested months prior to my trip to have double beds and they only gave me one bed!!!

The only good thing about the hotel was the food. I’d definitely give it a 10/10. Now the room…I booked 2 rooms and requested 2 double beds. They disregarded my request and claimed it wasn’t in the notes but I had it shown on my end. Secondly the bathrooms weren’t clean. I had to spray bleach on the shower heads prior to using it, a lot of black dirty came off of them. The outlet availability is poor, only 1 worked.

Very beautiful. However there is so much more to do on grand side. Everything is catered to grand side, however, you must buy luxury to have access to both sides and all amenities. Overall i would say four stars.

This resort of was AWSOME! The food was amazing, and they had a huge variety. Shout out to the entertainment team and bartends for keep us well entertained and keeping the drinking flowing! definitely will be coming back!

We enjoyed the excellent service during our anniversary. This was our second trip to this resort and it did not disappoint. It was wonderful in 2017 and in 2024.

I like the front desh customer staff shannne she was so polite and understanding above my problem and take care of them the best she can knowledgeable what to do in the hotel and take care of it in a calm and understanding manner i would surely recommend this resort and a satisfied reference for this front desk staff

I really enjoyed the ability to use both sides of the Resort. When I found myself bored on the Adult side, the family side had more lively activities going on. What I didn't like was the upcharge for Premium liquor, it was a bit much! Other than that the staff was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Roaches on the buffet in several restaurants throughout the hotel . Very noisy in the hallways of your rooms .limited top shelf drinks at the pool or sometimes at the main bar.

Very disappointed with customer experience. Coffee maker had used grounds in it on check in. Staff did not give us a good overview of the property, restaurants, activities, etc. AC in room was ok other than 1 night it did not work. Housekeeping was good, but never knew what you would have for towels, 1 day got a full set replaced and then the next only had 2 towels in the bathroom after service. They did not always refill fridge, every night had to call desk to get waters. Scheduled massage they changed times and did not notify us and we could not make the time frame work. Had to argue to get refund for service.

We were very disappointed in this property. Although the property was immaculate the staff was not helpful. Did not explain all the amenities the shopping on the family side, we got there a day late due to the airline and they would not assist us with any type of credits for the nights stay to return to their facility at another time. Food was satisfactory but not excellent. Im just very disappointed in the staff and assistance here.
