Beds were very firm , kinda uncomfortable didn’t really get a good sleep

Expedia app said it was a $250 USD beverage voucher. I called to confirm too. When we got to the hotel they said it was only 250 Mex pesos, which only bought 2 drinks. Huge difference.

This place was is clean and staff are extremely friendly! I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Old, bad smell, dirty, noisy, really uncomfortable bed,not even a small refrigerator for a hot weather and lost of mosquitos inside the room.

Place was amazing very clean and quiet right across from the beach, room was big family suite, the only thing I would recommend is for the hotel to rent or provide bikes that would be awesome

The hotel is very clean. Our room was very small. There was nowhere to unpack your suitcase-nowhere to put clothes. A dresser would be nice, but seriously the room was too small for one. If I had known I wouldn’t have stayed here. It’s pretty far to the main Melecon if you don’t have a car and hard to find a spot down there if you do. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed the El Moro. Our upgraded room was a really nice 1 bedroom condo with kitchen and separate bedroom and sundeck facing the gorgeous sunsets every night. Furniture was new and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area and garden were lovely and well kept. Fresh drinkable water was available in the lobby 24/7 so you could fill up your thermos - big improvement over plastic bottles. Hopefully the garbage was separated out and recycled. Location was just off the malecon, so quiet at night, but close to all the restaurants and stores. We walked a lot from here into town. Vrentino on the property was a really good restaurant so we dined here several times as the food was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful and came right away to fix things or help us operate the TV! Would definitely come back - beautiful view from our balcony.

El Moro is comfortable ,clean,tranquil and restful. The staff is very responsive and very genial. I would not hesitate to recognize recommend. El Morro for a quiet place in La Paz

The room was wonderful, we had oceanfront and very clean. We had a kitchen and living room. You are able to walk to malecon. The only thing we did not like was the pool. The pool looked dirty. Oh and our balcony door wouldn't lock from oneside. Other than that we like it. I could bring my children to this hotel next time just hope their pool is clean.
