the hotel was everything I wanted from Venice. the room decor, the location, staff all perfecto.

I am so happy with my decision to choose this hotel. Location of the hotel of great. It was less than 10 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. My room was clean and quiet.

Excellent location, less than 5 minute walk to St Mark's Square. Staff were very professional and helpful, from Reception to the lady serving breakfast. Spacious clean room with a very well stocked mini bar, toiletries etc. A very pleasant, quiet area near Reception to relax and unwind if you choose. Fresh juice, tea/coffee, rolls , croissants, boiled eggs, ham, cheese plus some sweet treats for breakfast. Amazing hotel for the price in an expensive city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was some noise from the canal in the morning when deliveries were being made. It wasn't an issue for us. It was good to see the practical side of life in Venice. We would stay at this hotel again in an instant.

Actually, I've caught an respiratory infection (no COVID, thanks God) and had to spend the two days in the hotel room. The room was comfortable, warm, clean and cozy.

As I need to drink as much tea as possible it would be convenient to have an electric kettle in the rooms. However, the staff was freandly and did their best to help me.

It has a lift! Compared to most hotels in its range, this one has a lift. Room was really huge too. it is located in the centre of San Marco—plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient shop just beside it. Breakfast, though with limited selection, is quite generous. Hotel staff were accommodating.

Can’t think of any, really. Maybe just the air conditioning unit which isnt a a big fuss to us—cant make the room cold.

The location was prime.

The bathroom was cramped, so much so that when you open the door to go inside, you cannot access the toilet and literally have to slide between the door and the shower door to access the toilet. Never seen anything like it before. If I was a few sizes larger, there is no way I would’ve been able to use the toilet. my room also smelled strange. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an older building or due to mildew but it was not a very pleasant smell.

Location of the hotel is very good. Just a few streets of St. Marco. Breakfast was also good.

The room was a bit muffy and the bathroom is also a bit old.
