Amazing service and great location

Very friendly welcome and as we were 'known' the check-in was very quick.

Parking has to be reserved in advance. Extremely inconvenient and no options in the surrounding area.

Nice clean room, good choice if you are travelling by car, but remember to book a parking space while you are ordering!

Great hotel. Central location. Staff extremely helpful.

All was great for a family traveling with a 1 and 3-year old. Only negative, was that the pullout couch was uncomfortable (noisy, and uneven). However, for a small child, it was fine. You got to be prepared for a noisy street and church bells throughout the night if your windows need to be open.

Very nice, big rooms, friendly an helpful staff, delicious breakfast and perfectly located to reach the most important locations comfotably by foot or public transport.

The hotel is far from restaurants and shops. The rooms look good at first glance, but then you realize that the shower nozzle won't stay in place, the floors in the room are dirty, the lamps don't all work, and the noise from other rooms and slamming doors jolt you out of bed. It felt like a homeless shelter that had been lightly renovated. Is that too harsh? Lol

Very good experience in this aparthotel. 10' from the attractions in Hamburg, you can walk anywhere. Coffee, water, tea, free 24 hours. Laundry facilities, clean, the room very comfortable and spacious. Without a doubt a place to recommend and return to beautiful Hamburg.

parking options are very limited at the hotel only suitable for small cars. no coffeemaker and oven in the room.

A very comfortable and well equipped property, in an excellent location. Couldn't have been better for the price.

Stayed as family of 4 adults,(parents and grown up sons). Stayed 12th-14th December 2023. Had 2 rooms. Had to walk through one to get to the other, which was the main bedroom, with ensuite shower room and toilet. Queen size bed. Interestingly enough, the first room, on entering, was more of a kitchenette, dining room and lounge, with a double pull out bed settee. It had a full size cooker, a fridge, a microwave and all plates, cutlery and utilities. It was therefore capable of being self catering, if required. Then just convert the settee into a double/king size bed for sleeping. This particular room had a full size dining table and a large tv. It also had it's own ensuite bathroom and toilet. The back bedroom also had a large TV and a FREE SAFE. The whole room/apartment was unexpected and was just brilliant. So, it basically slept 4 adults, with 2 bathrooms and toilets and self catering kitchen facilities. FANTASATIC. We caught the S-Bahn train from Hamburg airport, heading towards Wedel and got off at Stadthausbrucke. It took just over half hour and was just 3.30 Euros one way. The hotel was practically in front of us and a 3 minute walk from the station. I highly recommend this hotel. It is modern, clean and has everything. One of the things that impressed us was that there was FREE hot drinks 24/7

Great place to be just from moment when entering. Area is interesting with short distance to the most points of interest as turist. Enjoy when you go there, but expect crowdiness.

Check in staff was friendly and spoke great English. Our room was clean and quiet. A few dishes had to be washed before use, but otherwise no complaints. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The room was clean with a very comfortable bed & an excellent shower. Those 3 things are most important to me. The kitchen was well equipped & the location was within walking distance to most places.

the washer don’t work so I clean downstairs for 5 us and dry for 4X2 8 us the second time the front desk help me

Very nice little studio. Very close to everything. Although the studio faced the main road, once the windows were closed, it was quiet. Very friendly staff and well equipped kitchen. Just be aware that parking needs to be reserved well in advance. We needed to park in a parking garage 10 minutes walk away, which was not very convenient.

Really nice apartment, good kitchen and plenty of room for four. Breakfast was also very nice.

The cleaning and the space

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were super nice.

Clean but basic. Had to move rooms because the television wasn’t working, but then the air conditioning wasn’t working in our new room. The ‘deluxe’ room didn’t live up to the name — and ‘complimentary bottle of wine’ for our room was very small, not even enough for a glass each.

This hotel was great with excellent service and communication from really helpful staff. It can be a little noisy in rooms on the side next to the main road.
